Easy to use!
I had needed a remote for my Roku Stick and purchased the first one that showed up on an Amazon search that indicated it was for the stick. It didn't work. I went through all of the steps and worked with their tech department and watched a video and just nothing. So I sent that one back and got this one and, like other reviews have stated, this one included easy-to-follow directions and it worked beautifully. No issues.

Simple Roku RF/Bluetooth controller
This is a simple radio (Bluetooth) Roku remote; it appears to have an infrared window as well, but I have tried it with that obscured and it still works well so far. Very close to what I wanted.It lacks microphone (so no listening to the room), headphone (I do not need the 'private listening' feature), and TV controls (I have a real remote for my TV and use if for things other than watching Roku).All of these omissions count as positives as far as I am concerned.The only disappointment here is that it uses AAA cells instead of AA cells. The smaller cells mean far less power and so more frequent replacements. But lacking the microphone and some of those other power-hungry features of the new Roku remotes, I expect this to use less power, so hopefully it burns through its power at a rate similar to the remote I had on my old Roku 2XS, rather than on the newer units.

Great remote!
So glad I read reviews of other remotes so I picked the right one. This remote is NOT for Roku TVs. It's for Roku boxes/external devices which is what I needed. I followed the instructions to pair it and it worked immediately!!

WTF?!
What kind of remote doesn’t have a power button or volume controls? What’s the point? Just a crap product.

Arrived on time. Works great.
Very easy to pair with my Roku stick. One star for volume control because it does not have this feature. Also does not have power button so can't use it to turn tv on and off. Other than that, works great.

Geesh I bought the wrong one at first. Would not pair until we pushed the reset button on the Roku stick too.

Worked well for 4 mos. then just stopped working
This remote paired easily with my Roku stick and worked well for about 4 months. Then one day it just stopped working. It was outside the return window but I called Amazon and they were able to offer a return label for me to send back for a full refund.

Excellent Roku remote replacement
Bought this item on the off chance it would be able to replace my faulty ROKU remote, which is no longer available and I was really surprised how good it is and it was really easy to set up. So now I'm streaming again.
