not happy
This pan was described as 'Non Stick, Ceramic Coating, Easy to Clean, Dishwasher Safe' pan continuously sticks during cooking and will not clean up sufficiently either being washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Not happy at all with this pan and as is a Tower and has always been a good and trustworthy brand, am surprised at how bad this so called non-stick pan is, and have contacted supplier through Amazon as would either like a replacement or a refund. So far, after 7 days, have not heard back from either.

Style Over Substance - Don't buy.
Having accumulated lots of "lockdown lolly" over recent months we decided it was time to throw out our old pots and pans and treat ourselves to a complete range of replacements. We hit upon the Tower Copper-forged range as it appeared to meet our needs and was from a reliable, trusted brand. After six months' use, here's our findings.ProsThey look very nice when unboxing them and give the impression of professional cookware at a reasonable price.ConsWhen running them through the dishwasher, the hard water "bloom" remains on the inside of the item, despite the fact that we use high-end [Finish Quantum and the like] all-in-one dishwasher tablets. The way around this is to use dishwasher salt and rinse-aid, which sort of makes a nonsense of the all-in-one tablets. Hand-washing when you own a dishwasher is a non-starter.The internal ceramic coating appears to do its job OK, but the external copper-like coating is not so robust and starts to chip away on the top edges (despite using non-metallic cooking implements). The coating on some of the pots and pans has started to flake away purely as a result of being stacked in the dishwasher. In the case of saucepans and frying pans the hollow stainless steel handles are riveted to the body. When the pans are stacked face-down in the dishwasher, water ingresses into the hollow handle so that when you turn them the right way up, the accumulated water dribbles out (and I'm not talking about a drop or two; it runs out in a stream). The pan lids retain a modicum of water between the stainless steel banding and the glass dome. You can actually see it zooming around like a spirit level. All of this range is made in China (what isn't nowadays?). I cannot believe that this range has been given so many positive reviews for something that is more style over substance. I'll be donating my pans to my daughter as I cannot be bothered with the invariably futile hassle of invoking the guarantee. Very disappointed and certainly not recommended.

Great Birthday or Christmas gift.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my wife as a birthday gift, she was speechless and the look of surprise on her face was brilliant. Now I dont cook, so I will never use it, but my wife says it's very well made looks lovely and if she was going to buy a frying pan then it would have been this one. Job done. 👍

Non-stick is no longer working...
After four months of use the non-stick is no longer working. Worked great at the beginning, with a little oil, and clean up was very easy with paper towel, a little washing up liquid & soft cloth. Now everything sticks, including the plastic from the spatula - clean up now requires more effort than advertised. Outside the return period so stuck with it and not sure if it's safe any more

Dodgy handle absorbs washing water that then seaps out to contaminate
The handle, while firm fitting, absorbs water during the washing process. This then leaks out into the other pans in the cupboard. Most importantly, the water that gets inside the handle is considerable and won't shake out with ease and is clearly a source of potentially harmful bacteria build-up. This appears to be less a poorly fitted pan and more a design fault, unless during manufacture somebody forgot to add a seal??

Would be amazing if tougher
Very good pan, however copper has already started to come away after first use. Cooked come bacon in there, cleaned very easily using the pad pictured, and this damage was the result.Cleans very easily as advertised which is why no excessive force was necessary yet it's still perished after one wash.

Looks great when new
Love cooking with this pan, and the inside non-stick surface cleans well. However, with the slightest spillage down the outside of the pan, the copper finish comes off which spoils the overall look. Disappointing given the guarantee period.
