Tommaso Mens Cycling Shoes – SPD Compatible Indoor, MTB, Gravel & Mountain Bike Shoes – Walkable Design – Cleats Not Included

I am replacing some older Shimano shoes and decided to order these after looking at the reviews. Wow! They are much better than my old shoes, and the Vibram sole is awesome in mud and dirt. It's even great on concrete and wet grass.I do have an issue. The left shoe tightening bucket has gone missing. How can I get another bucket to replace it?

I have been looking for some reasonably priced yet decent clip-in mountain bike shoes for some time. When I saw these I thought they looked perfect for my needs. I wanted shoes you could walk in -- sometimes biking in challenging terrain I need to get off and give the bike a rest... With the vibram soles (apparently over a hard plastic layer that is between the vibram and the upper shoe structure) these are very reasonable to do some walking in. I read the reviews and appreciated the observations that indicated these shoes are on the narrow side. I have narrow heels but a wider forefoot. My normal shoe size is 9-9.5 depending on the shoe. I chose a metric size 43 and it was an ideal fit for me, very comfortable. They may be just a tad long, but the width was right on and I had no problem with the length when biking or walking, they felt great! (I'd rather have them a little big than too tight!) The velcro closure system gives a wide range of adjustment. No apparent hot spots or excessive slippage that could generate blisters. And that's saying something for my weird feet. I am new to the clip-type shoes so I need to get used to getting the shoes into and out of the pedals. I found the "into" especially challenging, but I'm sure it's just me... I always got them engaged after thrashing around a bit, and was very pleased with the increase in the pedaling efficiency, it was very perceptible. Now it will be interesting to see how long they last, they will get used a lot!

I am a road cyclist but prefer the two bolt SPD cleats. I looked at a lot of shoes from a lot of websites. I bought a different shoe first, but returned it as I did not care for the locking mechanism. The old fashioned velcro was for me. I am very satisfied with the fit and comfort of these shoes. My only complaint is that they are a bit heavy. If I was riding a Mountain Bike, it would not be an issue. They seem to be wearing well after 20 rides or so.

Been a Mt. Biker / rec. road rider for about 29 years. My last pair of shoes ( I used the same shoe for Mt. and road ) were Pearl Izumi....size 44 ) Those shoes were perfect and lasted me at least 15 years. Sadly I noticed this year that my Pearls were starting to slowly fall apart. Part of the sole on one shoe and part of the uppers were really getting beat up. I knew it was time for new shoes but when I checked REI the place I bought the P.I.'s I couldn't find a model that I felt was like the other shoes, even when I did a google search. When I looked on Amazon I saw these Tommaso's that look very similar to my old P.I.'s. I ordered the 10.5 size knowing I was rolling the dice. When it comes to things like shoes I almost insist on trying them on first. That said, having no other real choice I ordered them online. Lucky me, these shoes turned out to be very nice. After I installed a pair of Shimano cleats to use with my SPD pedals and after taking them on my first Mt. bike ride , I am pleased to say that cleat engagement is perfect and the shoes function perfectly. They are a little more roomy than my Pearls Izumi's but that is going to be something positive once the cold weather comes and I wear thicker socks. Really nice beefy sole on these shoes with the Vibram brand soles. Last but not least there is a nice bit of reflective material on the back of the shoe similar to what I had with my Pearl Izumi's. Perfect for riding my road bike at night. I am pleased with the purchase and would purchase again. ( Please note this is my first impression after one ride however I don't think I will feel differently unless they fail to last 5 years )

I wear a 12 in Keen hiking shoes. These cycling shoes fit perfectly. Much moe expensive shoes didn't.

Sizing runs small. I did like the style and construction of the shoe. Depending on maker I typically wear a 12 sometimes a 13. I tried the size 12 first then replaced with the 13, still to small. If the shoe fit properly I would have otherwise kept the shoes.

I really like these shoes. I normally wear Sidi or Shimano shoes, but I tried these after a crash that ruined one of my Sidi shoes. They are quite comfortable, have stiff soles, as they should, but the Vibram sole is really comfortable for walking and they are quiet when walking on hard floors. There is good toe room in the toe box, yet my feet don't move around as I pedal. . They appear to be well made and durable. I wear a size 13 and the size 48 is a good fit on my foot.

Love the feeling, works as intended.Shoe size wise - my normal size is 11, I bought the 12, worked well for me .Aesthetically not the best look, a little heavy, but that is fine, I am not a professional rider for whom seconds are a big deal.I recommend the shoes.

Orders size larger than you normally wear. I ordered size 10 and they were too small. Ordered size 11 and they fit perfect.
