This dog eye cover is so underrated, it prevent them from barking without hurting them. I have a big puppy so I bought an XL size eye cover. I start to use it today and it is effective. Nice thing but just a little bit expensive because it's just a piece of opaque black cloth. Anyway it works:)

Impossible to see anything with this. Dog would be totally blind.

I used this for the first time today with my dog. It worked like magic!!! My pup was so bad they wanted me to medicate him and that didn’t work. He was an eight pound terror. My groomer found when she covered his head he stood still and she could cut his nails.I used this today at vet and did not medicate my pup. He was an absolute angel!! Stood there and never snapped , growled or made a sound. Even uncovered his eyes one at a time so the vet could look in his eyes. Highly highly recommend

The product runs small. I actually did measure my dog and she was in the middle of the size I ordered. It barely covers her eyes and barely fits over her muzzle. Wish I'd ordered a large instead of medium. She's a 61 lb. Catahoula Leopard Dog.

I think my dogs head is a little bigger that this offers. I ended up using a 'mask' headband. The concept is great though. We use it on my dog when she is in the car. She barks at people walking or other dogs. This blinds her and she doesn't mind wearing it. It would have been perfect if it fit better. I recommend if you have a smaller dog.

The media could not be loaded.  We have a Petite Standard Poodle that is a complete angle UNTIL she gets in the car. She then turns into an annoying, crazy, psycho, maniac! She will try lunging and chasing oncoming cars and is constantly on high alert. She makes this irritating high pitch cry/sing the entire ride so it’s hard to talk and conversate with eachother when with us. We have tried having her strapped down in a body harness on a short leash in the backseat but is too much for my son to handle. She looks past him and is able to still over power his effort to control her. She’s pretty strong! Most of the time we just leave her at home because it’s too overwhelming. Every time we take her with us, it quickly becomes a regret. Recently I told my husband it might help if she couldn’t see anything and was blindfolded for car rides. So of course Amazon is my go to and much to my surprise, I’m not the only one with an out of control child!!!! Within seconds of seeing this Eyecap, I ordered it. I was hoping it was completely solid with No visibility but it seems like she is able to slightly see through. Regardless, I’m happy with it. I’m attaching a video on our 1st trip. It was about 30 minutes in and you can see, she is still on alert but I did notice a positive difference from when not wearing it. About 45 minutes in she was getting even better. It fit very well. We ordered a size large. There are 2 adjustable straps. One from head to neck and one for around the neck. Very easy to use and happy we got it!

My dog was absolutely crazy in the car. He would jump around the car and bark so much if someone was walking on the street, bicycles, workers, and even parked cars. It was dangerous. I put this on him as a last resort. I didn’t want to medicate him.From the first time I used it he has been calm, no jumping around or barking. He doesn’t seem to be in any distress while wearing it.So far so good. I love it.

It's way to thick dog can't see a thing

My pup became comfortable with it well we were walking but it seems like it may make some pups a little more nervous than others so make you pay attention to your pet well out make sure not to walk them into anything cause they can’t really see but with some time and practice it can really help desensitize them to a lot

States the dog can still see through it a bit. This is completely opaque. Dog is blind with this on. Save your money.

Still very see through, has not reduced stress or anxiety that much. Did help with bird reactivity, but not much in the car.
