Obie-Cue's Steakmaker - The Great Grilling Spice (12.2 oz)

I purchased this spice mix as I was having guests from Texas and I wanted something familiar which was supposed to be special and Texan. This just wasn't. Dinner was OK but not special and time was taken up with texts being written to see if anyone in Texas,,,,, Dallas, and the Houston area knowing about this spice. No one that was contacted had ever purchased much less heard of it. Maybe because it just wasn't all that much to brag about. Next time I'll just go back to using "Slap your Mama" and the other spices I mix for dips and steaks.

I have tried most of the other steak seasonings out there and this is the one I keep coming back to. It ads to the flavor of the steak but does not mask the flavor as many others do. Solid seasoning!

I just received Obie-Cue's Steakmaker and yesterday I mixed it in some hamburger and let it sit for about 1/2 hour. Then made patties and grilled them. The flavor of those burgers were awesome. Even took one over to my sister-in-laws and she raved about the flavor.Will be trying it next on steaks!Will definitely order more of Obie-Cue's Steakmaker seasoning.

Tried this on a Rib eye steak! Good stuff!! Seem to add a richness to the taste. I like the fact that it is ground small the size of salt. As so many rubs are big pieces and tend to fall off what your trying to coat. And it is a nice size container for the money. When I received this rub I touch the tip of my finger to my tongue. And then touched my finger to the rub to taste. It tasted like spice, not salt! I knew I had a winner.

I have used many of Obie- cues spices but steak maker is the best I use it on everything it brings out the flavor of all meats it really makes delicious rub for brisket. I use it almost daily.

absolutely the best! I have tried dozens of different rubs and Obie-Cue are the best! This one goes great on hamburgers, Portabello mushrooms and Salmon

I originally found this spice at traders village and now it’s become a stable in my house, I will say I don’t use it on steaks though, I love it on hamburger meats, and lamb chops.
