A Good Looking Garden Cart, But a Few Blemishes
PRO'S: Very fast delivery. Excellent directions and super easy to follow. I loved the well marked hardware, sealed in plastic and mounted on cardboard (and) each set of hardware had corresponding numbers directing you to the step number in the directions, so there was absolutely no confusion in assembly. Visually, a GREAT looking cart !CON'S: One of the side carter pins attaching one side to the cart wouldn't go through the metal slot. I found that it was clogged with welded metal left by the welder. First, I tried to hammer it out with a nail punch, but after a few taps I decided to stop thinking that I could break it off. I then proceeded to try drilling the clog free and broke two drill bits before finally being able to open up the slot enough to get the carter pin through. Apparently, Northern's quality control is asleep at the wheel and didn't ensure that such a blemish wasn't corrected before shipping to a paying customer. Very disappointed ! The only other flaw was on the handle, where the 'cushioning' was placed too high and doesn't line up with the metal siding. I had to wrap duct tape in that area so that chipping wouldn't occur on the paint job. The small carter pins holding the wheels and handle on were extremely thin and so visually lacking in the durability ranking.I hate nothing more than writing negative reviews which is why I started off with the positive aspects. Hopefully the cart will pass the test of time and lives up to an adequately durable tool. If the above flaws had not existed, then I might have given this garden cart as high as 4 stars.(EDITED) I later found that the factory padding on the handle, that I said wouldn't move in the 'CON'S', was only stuck and needed a bit more nudging, and after a couple of days of using the cart (and cooling down) I decided that it deserved one more star, thus making my final vote for now at 3 out of 5. Fairly decent cart, but some things might occasional be blemished when it's "Made in China".

good for the price
this is a great little wagon for the money but i have given it a 4 star review because build quality could have been better.. when this wagon was manufactured it was done very fast and with no care or measuring it would seem...the 4 bottom cross bars are welded in slightly crooked along with some of the flip down gates are also crooked although not to bad..but the hinges are a point to keep an eye on they are very questionably made thin bent sheet metal welded to the gate and bed held together with a large cotter pin...one more key point to make is the welds look like a child had done them...most are and look strong just very messy and i has to cut a few long pieces of welding rod the was left behind sticking out of the weld lol beginner mistakes....but over all seems to work well for my needs note i did buy a new set of tires and hubs from harbor freight to replace the ones that were on it but that was only because harbor freight had a great deal on them and i could not pass on it....not a needed upgrade just worked out and now i have spares...if i think of anything else or have anything to report about the wagon i will update this review

Heavy duty and can transform into compact size very easily
Absolutely heavy duty construction. This thing is a tank! I use it for hauling my stuff to the beach. While it doesn't effortlessly float over the sand, it still drives well, but it requires some strength to pull it through the sand. At least the wheels rotate over the sand, unlike some of the cheaper sand wagons that have plastic wheels that just drag at a fixed rotation through the sand.Anyway, what I love about this wagon is that all 4 walls can collapse outward and hang down beside the wheels. This means 2 things... it can be used as a table at the beach... it becomes compact for putting into your car. My only complaint is that I wish the handle bar was attached by a quick release pin so that it could easily detach when trying to put it into my car. As it is, the handle bar is attached by a nut and bolt. I went to the hardware store and bought a "wire lock pin" to attach the handle bar with instead. Now I can easily remove the handle when needed.

A little expensive, but well worth it.
First of all, this cart is really awesome if you're moving equipment over muddy terrain. This is one of the main reasons I bought it, the tires are well inflated and sturdy enough where it won't get stuck in the ground. The 400lb capacity is another amazing feature, especially since it's bed is made entirely of holes to allow debris to fall out.Why 4 stars?? Well, I was disappointed with the assembly instructions. Yes, they were pretty straight forward, but the pictures lacked detail and I sort of had to guess and check for a few steps. Additionally, the cart seemed very weak when the final product was assembled. I know for a fact I used the right nuts and bolts and I tightened the hell out of all of them. But the axles and pull cart assembly in the front seemed very loose.Overall, I have yet to fully use this cart so I'm sure the looseness of the cart is just a mechanism to allow for a full 400lbs to rest on the cart. Still, this was an awesome buy!!

Re-seller awesome. Product Will need attention.
A few things about this.1) The reseller, here, is perfect. 5 Stars for their customer service.2) The product is actually manufactured by northern tool. Mine came with an irrepairable flat, ( This reseller, again, reached out, and did the leg work to get me a new tire. great customer service!)3) I had to get my vice and sawz-all out to cut the bushings in half on 2 of the axles, because they would not fit with the tire. ( you could, go to a hardware store, and see if you could find smaller bushings)4) I had to take a sledge and bang one of the cotter pin guides into place, then drill through the cotter pin hole, to get the access metal welding out, so I could get the cotter pin through. So, A little elbow grease, and it works fine after that.
