I purchased this HRM a few months ago, and I have had nothing but trouble with this. I have a review before, expressed my issues with the hrm strap and was sent a new one. The same issues started to happen. It won't with the app and stops picking up the hr during workouts. I went with the fitbit. After 2 straps it still sucks.

Nice watch but is a bit difficult 2 figure out! Watched video on YouTube and helped me way more than the manual. Unfortunately now for some reason when I try to go into work out mode the watch says it's full! I have no idea how to clear it off

Stopped working after 5th run. Screen froze and never worked again. Not an intuitive product. Fun to use while it lasted! Ended up returning.

I have had this watch for about a week and use it daily. I am happy with my purchase at this time. I was hesitant to buy it because of all the negative reviews but took a chance on it because of the lower price. It is hard to figure out at first but it didn't take long to get the hang of it. The manual that comes with it is not very useful but I found more than enough information online in combination with the manual to make it work. NOTE: you must hold down all four buttons to get this watch to initially turn on. I thought the battery was dead at first, and the manual does not tell you how to turn it on the first time. My only complaint and the reason I did not give this product five stars is because I cannot get the watch itself to sync with any fitness apps as it is advertised to do. I would love to be able to sync my workouts to my apps and hope that customer service will be able to help me resolve this issue. The chest strap works great and easily syncs with both my fitness apps and the watch. This is my first HRM so I am not able to compare it with others watches but it fits my needs and for $39.99 I am happy.

the screen froze on the timer screen and now will do nothing else. cant change the screen, sync or even use it as a watch.

Received the item but the watch is dead. Frustrating to have to get a battery first thing and the recommendation is to have a specialist replace the battery.

One watch does not work. The basic light does not function so yoh cannot read whats on the face. The second one only does parts of the functions described.

This should come with a manual for Dummies, because this is really difficult to use.The instructions are too way too little, and really small letters.This say you can Sync with you iPhone, but I have to download like 7 differents app and I spend to way to much time to learn how the hell to do it.Later I found how In YouTube.The positive thing it is a good Fitness Watch, and really cheap here in Amazon 👍👍👍

1st one was broken but replaced no problem works great now.
