Purchased a while ago but only just finished the book recently. This is a very good book and guide and will absolutely help shed some light on your life. You do not have to be a super spiritual or religious person to learn from this book. It is very thorough and easy to understand.

The psychology of past life, and also earlier in this life, healing of the memories - is EXCELLENT! This is a book to keep out on your desk, etc. and USE!! Also fits in well w/ Course in Miracles work and also E. Cayce material. Very,very good stuff!!

I really wanted to like this book and I sat down very enthusiastically for a good read, only to find about a third of the way in that I was feeling gloomier and gloomier with each page, so I stopped reading at that point.On that basis I can only give a review on the first third (it may have got more positive as it went on - I don't know). I found the case histories dark and depressing (to be fair you ARE warned about this in small writing on the page adjacent to the contents page).It also didn't sit with my probably rather romantic idea of reincarnation being a quite linear process and I found the authors beliefs at times at odds with my own, and that's fine.It wasn't a wasted experience though because it helped me know that on this particular subject I'm happy (for now) to sit and trust my own ideas - we all get there when we get there.
