Great book for anyone with aspirations to lead and not only lead but lead as Christ led. These lessons can be applied in all aspects and scenarios in our life. Whether you realize it or not, you are a leader in some aspect of your life, so lead as our Father and savior leads.

Improve leadership skills.

I am not a pastor. I am a teacher at as school. Even then i am able to apply a lot of these lessons to my own life of being a teacher and being involved in ministry at my church. It is easy to read, straight foward, and simple with a lot of Scripture to back his ideas up. For those who are Christian and in any form of leadership, i recommend they read this book.

This is an awesome book. Every leader should read and re-read this book throughout their leadership journey. It is definately a book you should keep forever and re-read it so that it can serve as a reminder. It landed in my hands in the perfect timing of my personal journey. I'm greatful for its context. I look forward to re-reading this as I continue to grow in the image of Christ!

I give this book four stars for readability and great tips on leadership. Important and relevant to anyone in a leadership position. Really well done.

the author michael youseff is one of the best expositors of the bible as it relates to current living in this world. his writting is most unusual and his preaching will keep you on the edge of your seat. i cannot find a higher reccomendation for this book and this insite into practical instruction for the christian life

I started reading this book as a way to help me grow in leadership and it has helped me to understand what true leadership means. Michael Youssef lays out easy to understand principles for leadership and I recommend for anyone in leadership.

Wow what a dynamo book. Youssef takes today's society and leadership qualities and compares the good, the bad and the ugly. He takes the time to show how good leadership is accomplished without being preachy. The book is a must for anyone, lay or secular who aspires to be a true leader - one that makes people want to be a part of their team. Using examples from modern day businesses and scenarios he hits home what we need to do to be that person.I was so taken by this book that I gave it away to a young man working with street youth and had to reorder it for myself.I highly recommend it for all... parent, teen, college or university student and most of all those who desire to be a leader not just a boss.

So opposite to all modern management styles yet so real and history shows sooooo successful.. well worth a read and follow it with 'Jesus Style' by Gayle D Erwin

This book is what I’ve been searching for for a long time. The author blends real life scenarios, examples from the Bible and how Jesus executed his leadership. This book is a must have for aspiring leaders and also experienced leaders.

Couldn't put it down. I have learned so much from it.I watch him every week on TV and digest every word he utters.
