It DOES help!! But is kinda bulky
My husband wanted to try this because I’m always complaining he snores too loud. It DOES reduce the snoring, but he says it’s quite bulky in his nose & he kept waking up with it in the bed somewhere from falling out. He does try to still wear it though. He’s tried the nose stickers & the head wrap before which did not help at all. So out of other products on the market like this, this one has been the most effective! Just might take some time to adjust to the feeling.

This does not work at all... idk why all these Theresa propiedad have it a 5 star. It's a useless plastic thing. And it does not stay on for the night.

It won’t reattach after cleaning
This item is impossible to properly clean after use, so I removed rubber to clean inside and it never reconnected. It works until time to clean it.

Anti snoring
Everytime I use this my boyfriend says I dont snore which is good because I know it can be hard for him to go to sleep because of my snoring.

Just a piece of cheap china plastic
This is nothing more than a piece of plastic designed to fool people into thinking it actually increases air flow and purifies. Save your self the money and use the nasal plugs just like the silicone plugs on this and you get the same result. The piece of fabric inside is nothing more than craft store fabric, NOT a filter.
