Inositol 500mg 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

After reading several studies done on this supplement, I decided to give it a try for my adult acne (30yo) with PCOS. I am SO glad I did. I would say it took about 6 weeks when I realized my breakouts were less and less. I am on dermatologist prescribed products, however not a perfect experience with them though I am continuing as they help with my overall tone. Just be aware that the inositol does dry out your skin (great for me) and I have been able to use a moisturizer morning and night for the first time in my life without being a total grease ball by noon. I have been on this particular inositol product almost 8 months and do not plan on stopping. I take 1 pill in the morning after I eat my breakfast. If I miss breakfast I just take it with my lunch. I have had zero stomach upset.

I really love inositol. It is a great tool for helping with general anxiety. NOW products tend to be of good quality and reasonably priced.

This product has been a lifesaver for my 12 year-old granddaughter. She was suffering terribly from OCD. Her symptoms have totally subsided; her anxiety is nonexistent; she's much happier and relaxed. She is no longer struggling to concentrate in school, and her grades are excellent. This has been nothing short of a miracle. One tablet a day was not effective; however, when an additional tablet was added at bedtime, the results were amazing.

My Dr suggested that I try these for my mild/moderate depression - along with daily exercise with some sunshine and family/friends' emotional support. I am seeing a reduction in my symptoms. *Please Talk to your own doctor before you decide to change or add any supplements*

Great for helping with symptoms caused from PCOS, as well as, insulin resistant caused by PCOS. I was having high blood sugars and my doctor put me on metformin. Metformin was killing my stomach and other side affects. With my doctors knowledge, I switched to Inositol and my blood sugars have been amazing and my A1C is PERFECT and I dont have any stomach pain or other digestive issue as I did with Metformin.

I have only been taking one pill at night for 7 days. I have neuropathy from having chemotherapy. I had to stop driving hands & feet hurt so bad it would hurt to pick up a cashew. There has been improvement in one hand as of now. I plan on increasing to 2 pills a night at the end of 2 weeks. I hope this product helps the reader of this.

Wouldn't be without this. I have used this for many years (I do swith brands sometimes so my body doesn't become immune to it) this brand is by far my favourite.
