Very uncomfortable! These are more like underwear for a woman because they do not have extra material in the front area for the male part to fit into. So they are smashed in tight against your body.The same brand in other styles have this pouch.Disappointed

I may have bought a size too small, because it is feeling a bit tight on me. Other than that, I do enjoy wearing it because of the design and the "push" button in front. >:) Material is nice and stretchy and smooth. Have fun wearing it and take some good pics y'all !

The picture looks like it has a basket but it doesnt -- just two pieces of stretchy fabric sewn together.The leg holes were asymmetrical sizes.There was no margin between the words and the waistband on the back. The top of the first word was half cut off.
