COBI Historical Collection - Sherman Firefly

I have quite a few of the Cobi tanks and have to say they've employed some of the cleverest tricks on this one to get the shape of the hull right. A very enjoyable build and a model that looks great for display, but is also durable enough for play as my 7 and 5 year old boys have proved. Highly recommended.

Really good fun kits. They certainly are not for children as some pieces are quite small and I would think children under 12 would need a little support in the construction, but the assembly manuals are top notch. its Lego compatible but once made I suspect it would be left as a piece

Another great by Cobi. Very accurate and faithful to the real thing. Good fun to build, good instructions. Tracks work great on carpet, but as with many of the thinner tracks, they struggle a little on smooth surfaces. Very sturdy, high quality and fun to display or play with!

Delivered on time in excellent condition. Price fair for product which is equal quality to Lego.

Great value for money. LEGO like construction blocks. Everything snapped together good. The tracks move on carpet or fabric surfaces and seem overall well put together and doesn’t fall apart easy. All pieces were in the bags. It only had two extra track pieces. No stickers - all printed bricks.Love that I can now get good quality military construction blocks since LEGO will not produce WWII Vehicles like this unless used in films like Indiana Jones or rare cases The Sopwith Camel WWI biplane.I love the scale of this model. It seems minifigure scale. Overall I love this set.Other positives.Minifigure hats are interchangeable with LEGOsCons - not LEGO, not crazy for the figures yetNeutral - Minifigures weapons are a bit smaller than LEGO weapons so they can be used but slip out the minifigure’s hand. But overall very detailed and useable

Ce tank a été acheté pour un enfant de 10 ans, adorant les Légos et jouant beaucoup aux jeux de guerre (principalement WWII). Dès qu'il a vu la boîte, il a tout de suite reconnu de quel tank il s'agissait, j'imagine qu'il est donc bien représenté :)Au niveau de la construction, les schémas sont très bien expliqués et il y a beaucoup de petits détails qui fonctionnent très bien. La tourelle tourne parfaitement, les ouvertures sont opérationnelles.Je ne connaissais pas cette marque mais j'en suis ravie, c'est du haut de gamme et très fonctionnel, bravo! J'en rachèterai sûrement.

The instructions were super easy to follow along with, every step helps to differentiate between similar parts. The molding process was well done with nearly no parts having hangs or imperfections. Every one I have built looks very well done and meticulously thought out. The only thing I don't care much for is the track pieces for the M4 Sherman line, the parts are small and easy to break trying to put together however, I don't count this as enough of a flaw to really take away from the overall appearance.One thing I would like to see is the possible addition of the crew's "customization" of their vehicle (gear, drawings, etc.) or places for spare parts (tracks, road wheels, tools, etc.)
