This is an amazing little machine! Easy to use and my sore muscles tell me it’s working. I work out regularly but this baby works muscles I didn’t even know I had!

Very happy with this machine. You can choose the vibration level from 1-99. Sometimes my legs ache when trying to fall asleep (maybe restless leg syndrome), and if I sit in a chair with my feet on the machine, it helps with circulation and helps me relax and fall asleep. It also helps with tight shoulders when kneeling with forearms on the machine. It comes with a poster of short exercises to do on the machine in 15 minutes time, which I look forward to doing. High quality, doesn’t take up alot of space, very sturdy and powerful.

It's a cheat. Gets or keeps you healthy with a minimum of resistance.I sit too much, working on the computer. The Waver is currently positioned in my apartment between my office and the kitchen. Was a handy place to try it out. But it's perfect. Wakes up the slumbering cells, muscles, fluids. The occasional buzz throughout the day raises my focus and awareness of everything. I find myself doing more of other exercises too. It's an incitement to activity. A real increase in personal vibration.I tried my neighbors unit for a couple minutes. Knew I had to have one. I didn't know these things existed or were affordable before that. I'm 70 years old. This feels like it will become the centerpiece to my longevity. (Getting old is unnecessary!) Will probably be ordering units for my two older brothers.It's simple, easy, quick and energizing.I don't usually do reviews. But staying healthy is important to me and I like spreading good information.Diet and exercise are the keys.The Waver is a reminder not to buy or eat junk. A reminder not to become sedentary.It's a wonderful tool. It's not the cheapest. But it's wider than many, which is kind of important.Comes with a manual that handles five different languages! Wouldn't mind a smaller one that's just English.Comes with a number of extras, resistance bands, etc., still to be explored.Includes a lifetime warranty, which was important to me.Thank you, Lifepro.

I have been enjoying using the LifePro Waver vibration plate after I finish a workout of lifting weights or walking on my treadmill. Using the vibration plate for 15 minutes after a workout helps to ease muscle aches and reduce joint pain. I've noticed that I'm not as stiff in the mornings after I've used the vibration plate. This is a very sturdy product and can hold up to a 330 pound person. The product itself weighs around 30 pounds I think. It can be used on carpet or bare floors, and has suction cups on the bottom to keep it from moving on a bare floor. I haven't tried this at the highest vibration level yet, but have gotten up to level 60 in some of the premade programs. Overall, I think this product is worth the price for the benefits you gain from using it.

So far I’m impressed with the quality. I like that it is a little weighty because it makes me feel like I’m standing on something nice and solid and not like cheap plastic that will crack.The remote is a nice thing to have. It works well.I’m still on level one basically for circulation. It feels amazing. I’m looking forward to moving up to different levels and doing some exercises on it.No assembly other than plugging in cords.

I was definitely a little skeptical but hopeful regarding the efficacy of these types of thing, but after purchasing and using mine twice daily for the past two months, I am completely sold! I’m less fatigued and have less joint pains, and even a bit more toned. It definitely has decreased my anxiety and helped me to get better sleep as well. It’s very easy to use, and sometimes I even multitask while standing on it. I love the different levels of vibration and personally typically to change it up each use to get a variety of the benefits. It’s also a sturdy machine and I don’t find the noise it produces to be too loud or bothersome at all. Highly recommend!

This really works! Anytime I have any pain from exertion I get on it and I feel so much better after. I love that you can do a variety of exercises on it. I have recommended it to several people who have issues with sciatica.

I have only been using this machine for 15 minutes twice daily for less than a week, and I can already see and feel less inflammation in my ankles and legs. I started off my just sitting down with my feet propped on the machine, which vibrates my entire body. This is thrilling to me because I've delt with inflammation for years! I am very pleased with the way my legs and ankles are responding to this therapy!The first few days I did have some mild itching, and my legs felt as if I had jogged for miles, but not really issue for me and the itching went away quickly. I feel like it's helping with my balance and today I started doing some of the exercises shown in the book that was provided from the seller.This is my new self-help ritual! As a woman in my late 40's I need all the help I can get to rid my body of inflammation and soreness. It also helps relax my entire body and I've noticed this especially at night. My husband has gotten curious and now has started using twice daily. He has an old ankle injury that gets stiff, he's hoping this helps reduce swelling in his foot.The vibration plate is very quiet and well made. It arrived the next day and was packaged perfectly. It was super easy to scan and register for the warranty. I have not used the arm bands or rubber bands that came with it. Maybe one day I can install them.I can't express how excited I am to have this product in my home gym!I am beyond thankful for this product! It's helping with blood flow and inflammation.
