Pretty good
I haven't had a chance to use it on anyone yet. However, after just putting a dildo on it and walking around, it feels pretty secure. The straps are rough and thus uncomfortable, but after taking them off and handwashing them, they've softened somewhat. I'd recommend this to people who are beginners at using strap-ons.
