I use this to make everything.....bread, Jamaican meat patties, vegan bars, and to bread fish before frying in coconut oil. There are lots of organic baking mixes, but that's not the whole battle....great to have organic too, which to me is even more important, and it already has zanthan gum in it. I mix it with some ground amarynth and flax seed to get a more nutrient dense item. Tasty and versatile. Worth the extra money for organic. On my second bag already and am sure I'll be using it forever.

There are a number of gluten free flours, but this one makes everything taste better with a very good texture. It works well with eggless recipes. Plus it's the only one I know of that is ORGANIC!

I made Arnel's recipe for Outrageous Oatmeal Cookies using this mix. They were the best gluten free cookies I have ever eaten...and the healthiest!Friends who are not gluten free loved them as well. I love this mix.

This flour is really wonderful! It truly works in every gluten flour recipe I have tried. I also love that it is organic which is hard to find in gluten free products.
