Excellent tape. Very comfortable. Very easy to wrap & tear. Don’t be tempted to use a scissors for this tape. The sticky residue builds up on the blade over time and it’s a pain. I was using a scissors as I like to be neat but it really tears very neatly and easily without.I use for Olympic lifting & CrossFit mainly. Also good for extra protection on the pull up bar. I pair with Victory grips and run a strip across my palm pads under the grips. I don’t get any welts or callouses anymore etc with the extra protection. It holds firm and doesn’t slip even with movements like Toes to Bar or kipping movements where the hands rotate vigorously on the bar. I actually think it’s more valuable for CrossFitters.It has 3 colourways. Would be nice to see a couple more. The only real downside is I plough through it. But probably just reflects the volume of my training which is I suppose a positive thing!

Possibly the best WL tape I have used. Very comfortable and easy to put on. It adheres really well to your fingers/thumbs.I would really recommend it to others.One thing to note, I think that the rolls themselves could be a little longer. The tape disappears very quickly because you actually want to use the tape (it’s that good!) 😅!This will be my tape of choice from now on.

Let me preface this by saying that I have problems with grip strength due to sweaty palms and grip strength. I hate the feeling of my grip slipping because my hands are getting sweaty - it messes with my confidence to try kipping or TTB during my Crossfit workouts. This product won't help with grip strength, unfortunately you need to work on it on your own, but it makes a world of a difference for stability, sweaty palms and makes me feel more secure when I am trying new movements or working to build up my strength. It's durable, takes a moment to get it off the bar but it doesn't leave gunk when you rip it off, I sometimes use it also to wrap around my thumbs for barbell movements. Overall very happy.

Quality is good overall

Recently started more Olympic lifting.....hands were getting battered and blistered. The tape really helps and improved my snatch grip. Will be ordering more...and easy to apply.

Recommend this tape 100%. I train a lot and this tape is a lifesaver when I'm Olympic snatching and C+J, Also stays on during long chipper wods with a lot of grip involved which is a big plus.

Not cheap but worth it. Very sticky so be careful not to wrap it too tight. Good that its width matches the length of my thumb (which I would say is standard length). Will order again when runs out
