It’s a great quality cam, the manual made it clear how to operate it, great video quality, the camera turns automatically when the car starts, the screen is clear and the recording clarity is amazing. Highly recommend! well, first, this price is affordable for a dash cam, so you can't simply compare this product with another super expensive one. second, I'm not using this to record any v-blog or as a go pro. it is what it is, a dash cam, to record the driving record in case there's something happened in the terrible traffic condition in the bay area. last, it works. it does its job well. sound is clear, the wide angle pretty much catches everything ahead of my car. one thing needs to mention is you may need to buy a good sd card for better storage. one drawback I can think of right now is during the nighttime, even though it still works, but day time is better and clearer overall.I have had this camera for over 2 weeks now. I was hesitant to purchase it thinking the good old "you get what you pay for". Turned out, I was wrong. I read the reviews, albeit few, compared to my previous dash cam. I decided to give it a try. Well, I love it. I love the clarity of the video, the design, the ease of setting it up, the overall quality for the price I paid. So far, I love it, works perfectly fine. Very responsive and fast customer service; open communication, help available when needed. Will update my review if any changes down the road.

Suction cup mounts usually fail over time.Here is a list of Pros. and Cons I found using this product.Pros- Solid adhesive mount (Camera can easily be detached from the adhesive mount);- Vertically adjustable lens angle- Ability to mute/unmute the microphone- Excellent 1080p quality during the daytime. The nighttime quality is also great considering its small size.- configurable loop recording by selecting the length of the video files (1min/3min/5min);- Stealth appearance;- ability to support up to 32GB;- multi-language menu;- Screen saver that allows the screen to automatically turn off;Cons- I have not found one yet since I bought it (3 weeks).EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI contacted Crosstour due to difficulties I was having to configure the date time. They responded back in less than 24 hours.They were really nice, understanding and polite and even offered me to issue a replacement unit under warranty. They are professional, understanding and committed to keeping their customers satisfied.

So I decided to buy another one from the same brand so I can use two of them at the same time, i.e. one on the front and one on the back. This mini camera is definitely awesome and worth the price! First of all, the assembly is really easy and looks nice in my car.Second, the coming out video quality is great! I am attaching a video, and you can see the front plate clearly! I hide my plate # and cut off some parts for other people's privacy, i.e, the part where you can see the front car's plate. So if any accident happened, you can easily use the camera video as a piece of evidence. I will absolutely recommend this product and will probably buy another one for my friend!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This camera, while smaller in size than expected has all the features you'd want from a dashcam (except gps, which is reasonable at the price). It takes good videos at dusk (see video, mild vibration is from me try different positions on the window, and thus it not being completely secured). The interface is easy to figure out, the only gotcha is that you have to press the menu button a second time to get a second set of menus. All the buttons are easy to reach while driving and the screensaver feature is nice. The battery seems to work better than expected, actually lasting for a few minutes of no power.It affixes flush to the window, but the camera can swivel so your video is in the right direction. Make sure you install it square to the windshield, otherwise your view will always be tilted.The sticker holding the camera has a slide on the back that the camera slides onto, so it can easily be removed from the windshield if desired.I also like that when plugged into the computer, it can serve to transfer files, be a webcam, or record like normal.This is my third crosstour dashcam and the interface just keeps getting better.

This is my 3rd product from Crosstour and I love how compact this mini is (I also love the other 2 Crosstour dashcams I own, don't get it twisted: the 1080P FHD Mini in Car Dashboard Camera and the CR300). This particular camera hides perfectly behind my rearview mirror so there is no obstruction of view at all. It comes with two adhesive pads to affix the unit to your windshield but I had to reset my first attempt over 3 times and the adhesive stayed tacky and the camera is well attached. What I think is the best about this camera, is that it starts and stops recording when I start and shut off the car. It saves me the time from bringing it into the house and having to recharge it, and it stops me from having to worry about the battery dying while driving. Also, just as explained in the very easy-to-read instruction manual, wiring the camera to my car was a breeze! The cables are well hidden in the front and also for the camera I have installed in the back. The wide 170-degree view gives great coverage of the non-visual peripheral scope while behind the wheel. In other words, you get the coverage you wouldn't see otherwise! The user interface is straight forward and easy to navigate. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have had my car bumped into, hit from behind, and recently three guys tried to cut me up during very heavy traffic on motorway and then when there was no space for them to get into the lane, they literally got outa the car and started punching my windows and broken my wing mirror, and one of them climbed on top of my car and kept kicking the windscreen- yes this happened in bright day light with loooooaads of people around + cctv cam. I reported them to the police, they run away, driver was finally caught about 10 days later. However, the police closed the case “because there wasn’t enough evidence + the cctv wasn’t facing the event at that time”. Anyway! Rant over!!My brother suggested i get a dash cam to be careful in the future. Shopped online, in stores- PC world/Curry’s etc. Everything is expensive. Looked at reviews + specifications for some dash cams on eBay and amazon too. Found this one, it’s qualities are countless, compared to most others of similar dynamics;it’s very economical, compact, easy to load, small so can even hide it behind the mirror + sticks firmly in place without shaking or falling off.This device has a speed processing chip and high light sensitivity sensor, F1.8 super big aperture and 6 glass lens meaning the video/picture is top quality, covers a wide angle view - probably the best of its kind especially the night vision.Another great thing about this dashcam is turning on automatically to start recording if it detects that your car has been hit or bumped into while the car is parked unattended/engine’s off. Means no thief is gana get away with my stuff ever again (few months ago someone broke into my car and took everything in it!)Doesn’t come with a SD card, I had a couple of old 32gb ones at home so put one of them into it, works great. The picture quality is crisp during dark evenings, rainy days, very bright sunlight or even if the windscreen is steamed up. Can easily play back the videos which shows that the dashcam automatically adjusts the exposure depending on the weather conditions/its surroundings/light exposure etc.I feel more secure knowing this tiny dude is there to watch everyone’s move around me!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I've actually bought two of these cameras now, one for myself, and one for my parents. I must admit, I'm really quite pleased with how well they work. They're nice and small and tuck up behind the mirror where they don't bother anyone. I can't stand the idea of having a dashcam that obstructs your view in the slightest. Particularly if you go the effort of hardwiring the camera, you'd really never know it was there. My only criticism is that you can't disable the noise the camera makes when it first starts up - it's a bit jarring and intrusive if you ask me.I've made a short video that details my thoughts exactly, and features some driving footage:

Set this up in my volvo - very easy to set up - high picture quality - would recommend. You can't be too safe on the road!edit: Have included a couple of photos of what the dash cam captures, you can now see the quality of it :)

Installation was easy, and all you need is supplied in the package, except the memory card that you need to purchase separately.Picture quality is very good as is coverage of the front of the vehicle, the camera starts up when the ignition is turned on and auto switch off 2 -3mins after the engine stops. This camera has motion detection, parking mode and all the things my expensive dash cam has but for a fraction of the price and would definitely recommend.

Takes upto 32gb SD card, not included, so have to purchase separately.
