Having researched supplements for arthritis in the knee, I tried turmeric in powder capsule form, but didn’t really see much difference.I changed to liquid curcumin, reduced swelling, able to play tennis, walk the dog, no noticeable pain.This product is easy to swallow, digests well, no reflux or breath issues. I’m convinced this is the way to take turmeric as a supplement, powder just doesn’t cut it. Great product.

I'm not generally a fan of the supplements industry as for the most part you're paying for expensive pee, however i suffer from reactive arthritis in both knees and for exercise have always needed a prophylactic dose of ibuprofen before exercise to keep inflammation under control. brufen is dirt cheap but like with any NSAID i was concerned about having to use it so regularly. so after a bit of reading i thought I'd try curcumin, i initially used the really high dose extract with added piperine for absorbtion, and was pretty amazed by the results. I can now actually jump (or more specifically land after jumping) without the sensation of having broken glass in my knees. I couldnt say whether it reduces overall inflammation as i wouldn't know how to measure it, but this one jump test allows me to determine what is working for me. i ran out of the high quantity curcumin tablets and after a week or so the knee pain begain to return. So i thought I would try these lower quantity but liquid curcumin capsules, that claim better absorbance than dry capsules containing much higher amounts. Well the knee pain is back under control so their claims may well be valid. i also only take 1 of these a day instead of two of the dry capsules. and pricewise they are comparable.

I have used these for a while, initially from another supplier, but loved the fact that this is a Uk family business and the product is packaged in the UK.I find the liquid turmeric very effective for the arthritis in my spine and hands.Highly recommend!

Easy to swallow, liquid capsules - not sure of the benefit of additional Vitamin D for me personally as I spend much of my time outdoors. Perhaps one month is insufficient time to judge benefits, consequently was about to re-order, but notice price increase of almost 20%, so may reconsider.

These supplements are fabulous. I have been taking them for approximately one month and have noticed a big difference. I feel less ' puffy,' more alert, less fatigued, even my mood seems better. Love this product. Helps with my stiff neck and back pain. Very easy to swallow and being oil capsules better absorbed by the stomach. Definitely going to order more from this caring company.
