Fine product
This item performs as advertised. I lave use it daily since I received it. Only potential problem is that over time the gel inside lumps. Also you dare not heat in microwave more than 30 to 40 seconds, because gel over heats and corals out of the pillow.

Love Soothera products, they heat and freeze well and do not smell when heated like some herbal heating pillows. Very plush and comfortable to use on neck, back, cramps, whatever. Great product!!

Neither plush nor furry
It was what amounted to some thin white flannel sewn around a flat heart-shaped hard, lumpy something. Not soft, not plush. Definitely not something I wanted to cuddle. It looked like the picture, but not as large and definitely not fluffy. a most uninviting item! I sent it back.

Who makes this product?
I purchased this from a thrift store the other day and followed the instructions on the tag about heating in the microwave and it melted! I did not pay a lot, but I really liked the idea of having a heating and cooling product. I'm pretty disappointed considering I followed the directions! I can't find any information about this company on the web.
