Was happy with how the layers were laid out and was well made. The material was soft and swished nicely when you twirl. The split is all the way up to the band so you'd need to wear an underskirt. Really happy with the bright pink color!

I could not give this 4 stars because if you are taller (I am 5-9) these skirts will never be long enough and if you have hips/butt you lose a little more length-hiked up in the back. Also I think because of the way its ships it crunches the skirt which makes it odd but not a deal breaker. Expect to have to steam it to make it fall right. The only other odd thing is the top skirt part that layers and the slit hit in a funny place but for the price, overall fit and design it was a good skirt I could not use it for what I needed.

Suuuuper cute but the wire lining the bottom, that gives the skirt the cute wavy shape, started coming undone and poking out on the first use. Big sad.
