18x24 INCH Graphic Size LED Light Box Movie Poster Snap Frame for Display Advertising

Using this for mounting transparencies of posters & other artwork and it's outstanding! Very easy to use & change artwork & a great price for the product.The first image shows my Rita Hayworth transparency with the unit powered off. The second image shows Rita with the unit powered on.The plastic sheet which came with the unit could be half an inch larger in both width and height, but overall I'm pretty pleased with this frame.

Update 4/22/2019: Added photos and edited review with more accurate information.Bought one without a hitch late summer 2017 and loved it despite the mounting holes having been drilled asymmetrically on all four sides. Satisfied, I purchased another one for use in an art exhibition a couple months later, and the seller took my money. Since it was international, Amazon wasn't very helpful beyond revoking the third party seller's privileges so be wary. I never did get my second lightbox (I did get a full refund, as it turns out), but eventually found a local seller who was more than willing to accommodate me with a better quality lightbox for around the same price.Oh and just to be sure, the LEDs in the one I *do* have from LightMaster aren't "true white" either. There's a slight hint of purple, as evidenced by the light leak from behind the laser-etched acrylic sheet your film print will be snapped onto (it's not entirely noticeable but just something to consider). Installation is easy enough but might fool more bullheaded folks. I've noticed that the asking price for a lightbox of this size fluctuates a lot, but settles around $300 minus shipping. When you take into account the poor build quality, I would get a quote from your local sign shop before purchasing.

Item is well packaged with a heavy box and foam spacers inside that protect the frame. Unpacking it, there is a power supply, a bag of little hardware parts and the frame.There is a one sheet instruction guide that is misleading and I spent some hours thinking I was supposed to remove the screws and pull the frame apart to put a poster inside. In fact this is the most easy poster frame ever - you flip out each of the four sides of the frame from the front. They are hinged to rotate outwards, opening up the interior for the plexi sheet to come out, and the poster to be inserted behind the plexi sheet. They snap open and snap closed without any additional mechanism - you simply flip them out or closed. There is only one layer of protective film, on the front of the plexi sheet.The frame can be hung like a regular frame if desired - it has the eyelets included in the bag of hardware to install on the left and right side, and then you would tie a wire (not included) between the eyelets and hang it on a hook. Also there are 2 holes at the top and 2 at the bottom, through which you could put a thin screw (included).Once installed the frame lights nicely. It is not blindingly bright, just a medium level intensity, which I find to be ideal for indoor home use as a truly movie marquee level of brightness would make it a constant distraction to the eyes in my home theater.
