They are pants
I have had many Thai pants before and this style of thin material pant does wear out eventually but are sturdy and will last a good amount of time. They are extremely useful for yoga, tai chi and other movement exercises and I have also used them on long duration flights because they do not bind and leave room to breathe. This is the first time I have ordered from CandyHusky. They arrived in a simple carry bag that at first I didn't think I'd use but I now find it useful to keep the pants from wrinkling when I put them in my larger bag. I teach Ai Chi (Aquatic Tai Chi) and they are loose and comfortable giving me with plenty of freedom of movement. Beyond that, the material and sewing pattern are typical of these style of pants. I am 1.74m (5'11) and find I need to tie them just a bit higher to keep from dragging them on the ground. I'd rather have too much rather that too little material. Easy to hike up as needed. They are what I wanted and though slightly more spendy than I'd like I will likely order another pair as spare once I have the cash.

Light And Comfortable Pair Of Pants With A Couple Of Caveats
I purchased these because at the time I was looking for a pair of light cotton pants for summer (to give some sun protection and keeps the mosquitoes at bay) and, well, the local stores sure didn't stock any, especially not for men. So when I saw these pants I jumped online to see what they were all about and, more importantly, how to wear them. Now I'm 5'11" and about 150-155 lbs with a 32 inseam, so I wasn't too sure how they would fit - would they be too long, too wide, too short? Still, for the money, and the fact there was nothing local, it was worth taking the chance. I'm glad I did.The pants arrived wrapped in a plastic bag with a small set of instructions for how to wash (hand wash/gentle cycle) and wear/wrap them. They were indeed cotton and very thin, though they seemed robust and well sewn. Unfolded, the pants looked huge and yet short, but putting them on I found I could wrap and tie them around my natural waist and have the legs end just about ankle height. Perfect! So why am I not giving them five stars? A couple of reasons:1. There is only one pocket. Now that is a glass half-full/half-empty kind of thing. On the one hand, most pants like this don't have any pockets at all, which means if you want to wear them out of the house you have to find some other way to carry wallet, keys, cell phone, etc. (I use a fanny pack). So having a pocket is a good thing. Unfortunately, that pocket can't carry all the stuff I tend to take with me and, because the material is so light (though the pocket is sewn on securely), anything not smooth - say a set of keys - quickly becomes irritating and is also likely to wear away the material prematurely. Finally, I simply don't like being unbalanced; putting what I can in one pocket with nothing to balance it out on the other side is, for myself at least, uncomfortable.2. The waist tie is very thin - think shoelace thin- though, like the pocket, it is sewn on securely. I would have preferred a thicker tie as, depending on how tight you tie it (and if you're using the pocket, you'll have to tighten it more than you would if you didn't), it can "cut" into the waist a bit. Nothing dramatic by any means, but it is noticeable.Since purchasing these I've worn them at least one day every week around the house, out in the yard, while doing yoga (cliche alert!), and going for walks in the neighborhood and find them - with the two exceptions noted above - to be very comfortable pants and solidly recommend them.

The real deal
I searched on amazon for these pants for quite some time, reading a plethora of negative reviews. I found these, which had not been reviewed yet, and took a chance. I'm glad I did.The problem I have been seeing with many other companies is that they make their Fisherman Pants too short. Not only do these look decent in quality, but they're extremely long so they can fit just about anybody. I'm a 5'9 male weighing 148lbs. These could easily fit someone who is over 6'0.Don't expect these to be as thick as jeans. They're not meant to be thick in the first place. Although they lack thickness, that doesn't mean these aren't durable. These sold by Candhusky are definitely worth the price because, from what I've read, most other brands are inferior.Shipping took around a month as predicted. They are shipped from Thailand.

Cheap fabric!
The fabric is a nice color and comfortable when I wore it, but so thin it's practically sheer even under normal light. They tore from crotch to calf just from me shifting my weight while sitting on the floor without having been machine washed or worn out.

Made for midgets
Super soft and comfy - just don’t expect them to be made w the average US male in mind. They run very short! And I ordered 2 sizes bigger!

So comfortable
A soft linen that is lightweight and comfortable. It might take a moment to figure out how to wear then but once you do you will want to live in them.

I love these pants
These pants are perfect. Particularly in the summer. They're lightweight enough to not overheat and entirely comfortable. I am a chunky guy and the fit perfectly.
