I really like these, but they would be better if I didn't have to use a cover to keep stuff dry when it pours. For the price, I'd want them to be waterproof. However, they are not any less waterproof than most deck boxes we've had before, and these look nice and were much easier to put together than the last couple of boxes we've purchased elsewhere for less. I would buy these again because they make good use of our space, provide better storage and look good -- I would just keep buying them with a waterproof cover. I paired the ones we just purchased with YardStash Deck Box Cover - Heavy Duty Outdoor Storage Box Covers, and that worked out perfectly. Also, they were packaged well and delivered much more quickly than we expected.

Very easy to assemble, strong, and great value. Holds all my porch and patio pillows + more room to use!

Nice looking, but unable to try and weather/bug proof. The lid ends bow up, so there is not complete closure. I tried putting weights on the corners to rectify, but that didn't help, even in 100' heat. Works good for storage, but not the quality I was hoping for.

We are going to keep it but I feel it’s overpriced. The color looks faded already. It was easy to put together. Everything just snapped in. I can’t really speak to sturdiness yet. I just put it together.

I'm bought it for storing outside cushions and some light garden tools in a covered carport so I wasn't worried about whether-proofing too much. I like that it's big and roomy - plenty of room for the cushions and more stuff. The lid seems a little less rigid than I'd like - it feels like sitting on it over time may weaken it. Because the sides are a little flexible, the lid doesn't always align over the lock cover but it's close enough to put a lock on it. Overall I'm happy with it for my needs.

Snap in assembly required. No screws or bolts.Make sure to follow the sequence in the directions and assemble the front, back and sides first before adding the bottom piece, or the pieces will not snap in correctly.Note: The snap in pieces will not fit correctly if you start with bottom piece first, which is intuitive. Once you insert a piece (snap it in), it is very difficult to remove.The box is very sturdy once assembled. Looks great.

The lid hinges suck installing. Other than that,it'll do.
