We bought this fan as our old one had died and fallen to pieces. This was one of the cheapest, but made by Daewoo, so what could go wrong.Answer, absolutely nothing. It’s a great fan, easy to assemble, plug it in and switch on then sit back and enjoy the cool air wafting over you as the head oscillates. The fan is fully adjustable in height, and the head of the fan is also adjustable, in that it can tip up or down or be fixed. The oscillating head of the fan mode can also be switched off. The fan has 3 speed settings and an on/off button on the control panel. Some assembly of the fan and guard cage is required, but this is fully explained in the instruction booklet and is very easy. It’s a one person job. Great fan. Has saved us on more than one occasion so far this spring/early summer from the oppressive heat in the evening. Truly a fantastic buy.

I’ve had a few Daewoo fans before and always found them great. I bought this one when we had the recent hot weather when my table top one just wasn’t helping keep me cool. This one was really easy to put together, really sturdy and good quality. Best of all the power is brilliant even on the lowest setting and the extra height does the job perfectly. The fact that it is ssssoooo quiet makes this a very good buy that I would recommend.

Bought 2 to get through the summer heat waves.Does the job.Not overly loud just a simple fan

I bought 2 of these fans thinking the brand name was decent. Neither turned up with the same parts so both of them have about 4/5 of what they should have had included, you have to put the entire thing together yourself and when you do you realise the top fan and motor are so heavy compared to the flimsy af base that it would have been cheaper and easier to buy 2 pre made desk fans from the local supermarket for £10🤦🏻‍♀️

As the title of this review says; the fan arrived and was easy to assemble however, 1 of the 4 screws at the base of the fan was tightened to a depth that bent the steel strut and made it impossible to loosen. The other 3 screws were fine and loose and I am an Engineer so please don’t think this is user error. The fan works well when on and is easy to assemble (apart from what I’ve stated!) but the base was unsteady and I have to position it in a specific way to ensure that it doesn’t bend and fall. Also, the slowest setting (the 3rd) was not working from the start and still isn’t working. Very disappointing, pay a bit more and get something more sturdy and reliable is my advice

Easy to assemble, easy to clean and has been durable.I bought it for a studio flat with a super small window and this has kept me from suffocating during these past 3 summers. I've had it for 3 years (and counting) during which I have used it almost every day and it's still going. I know 3 years is not much, but with appliances rarely being durable these days...It is sometimes noisy because the floor on my room is not completely flat (it's an old building) but it's usually solved by repositioning the fan on the floor.It is also easy to pull apart when you need to pack it for moving.
