Great Deal
Oxygen Absorbers are usually expensive and the quality is iffy at best. These are exceptionally well packaged, great price, and arrived quickly with great packaging. They work great, and we trust them with our food stores, highly recommended at this price, hard to beat!

Works Great - Very Happy with Absorbers!
Have not had any issues with this product. Oxygen absorbers absorb oxygen - air is 79% nitrogen, 21% oxygen. Not all bags will completely suck up especially things that have large gaps or are themselves full of air - CEREALS. If it doesn't fully suck in, IT DOESN'T MEAN IT DIDN'T WORK!I pre-seal my bags most of the way leaving small opening at the end to drop in absorbers. I work in small batches. I lay products somewhat flat and squeeze out additional air and seal. I work quickly and efficiently. I immediately put additional absorbers in a mason jar or vacuum seal them. I have used these absorbers with mylar bags and plastic food saver bags. I have now repurchased this product multiple times and had no issues.

Work well for dry canning
I took a star off because the whole reason I chose this particular oxygen scavenger is because they said it was THREE packs of 20. Figuring I could have two thirds sealed while I used the first 20. Nope they’re all one package so when you open them they’re ALL exposed. I stored the ones I’m not using immediately in canning jars so hopefully they’ll stay fresh. Otherwise they work well. I use them to do dry storage food.

Work perfectly for me!
I dehydrate garden harvest for wintertime cooking. Some things store better in mason jars than vacuum sealed packets, where vacuum-sealing would crush sliced cabbage or mushrooms (for example). The risk in dehydrating is moisture (and mold) getting into the jars. These are an excellent size for quart jars, or use two in half gallon jars. Anyone who's canned food knows there's a satisfying "hiss" when you break the pressure seal on a jar. So far, these have worked in every jar I've opened... and most of them keep doing the job if I don't use the full jar and just re-seal it. You do have to keep unused on locked tightly in a jar or vacuum sealed bag or they'll go bad before you use them. The price is excellent, far less expensive than what LDS canneries list these for.

put them in a canning jar and take with air out with a food saver.
We like them very much and use them with our jars of freeze dried foods. Larger size for the Mylar bags that we fill with complete meals. Have been using them since 2014 and will we continue to use them regularly. We freeze dry almost everything including ice cream and any kind of cakes and bars of foods and any kind of fruit can be freeze dried, use the oxygen absorber to keep all air out of the jar , food is just like it was when it came out of the freeze dryer.

The oxygen eye was a bit white in the corner telling me that the oxygen absorbers lost some oxygen.
