We live in the country and with livestock bugs are everywhere. The first night in this home sitting in the living room 6 mice ran from the kitchen jumped up on the fireplace hearth and ran into or out into the bedroom on other side of the fireplace. Bugs were so bad I was afraid to unpack or start cleaning every place I look,bugs were all over.My husband had been using bombs to kill but it left a danger's residue ( supposed to be cleaned up) but he just had it all over in a thick dust layer. Danger's to humans but the bugs and mice evidently liked it .Thar had been 18 bombs set off in 3 different times . This led to a lot of cleaning up for me .I ordered several kinds of the plugins that use noise to repeal the unwanted bugs and mice. almost the first day we noticed fewer mice ,most bugs disappeared very fast now almost a year later we have no more mice and the bugs that come in are found upside down and it alive waving their legs and seam disoriented and soon die. I have added a plugin in every room and love to open drawers or cabinet doors and find no bugs or mice. I have even added them to my hothouse for my plants and no bugs. I can not hear them but thy are working. even in the barn and the hay-barn are pest free . .try them safe around pets and kids no danger of them eating them and no poison dust to hurt you health. I noticed a decrease in the mice almost the second day.

I bought this for the bedroom as I'm weirded out by ants wandering around while I sleep plus it's mosquito season. First off the unit has to be constantly plugged into an outlet and the design means you can't use the secondary outlet when it's a two plug socket. There's a bright blue light which is irritating especially in a bedroom and I was disconcerted by the really strong smell emanating from the unit. What is that and is it healthy to sleep in? I can't be sure that it's genuinely ridding the room of crawlers. They come out in force allegedly to run away from that smell so maybe there are still stragglers. No good for flying insects as instructions in the box say to plug it in higher than 30 inches - who has an outlet that high?

Didn't realize this repellent device doesn't work against a spider 6 inches below. It's been there over 6 hours and counting! Hope it works against rodents.

Been having issues with insects in our place in particular moths. Only discovered the moth problem when I got a sweater from the closet and found several moth holes. We plugged these ultrasonic repellers in on Thursday and now on Saturday morning no signs of any pests. We purchased the 2 pack and they have worked throughout our 925sq.ft living space until they didn't, now all these gizmos are, are night lights.

Used it twice along with the word "NO" with a small dog we have and it stopped all the rowdiness and noise were having with the small dog, the Jack Russell and the Pit Bull.You only have to use a very short press of the button to achieve the results. The Breeds we have are known for their rambunctious nature and it worked with all three of them.If you have a rowdy or noisy dog you should really try this method. The sound plus the word no and follow it with praise has worked fantastically for us. We can even watch TV when a dog is on the screen now!

These were simply a plug and go bug deterrent. Haven’t seen the amount of spiders in my basement since installing and with the cold weather they usually find their way in. Very pleased with the purchase. Looking forward to see if they work on ants in the spring.

I had pigeons living under the yeves of my roof outside my bedroom window. I put this ultrasonic thing out the window and they're gone. I also discovered that it's helpful to make conditions where they perch as unappealing as possible. Stinky bug spray, squirt them with water and throw rocks. No, I didnt hit them with the rocks I just scared them away.

I bought it on August 6 and I plugged in right when I received it but up to today is still plugged into my walls and I’m still having problems with pest specially spiders right above the plugged unit and also mice. I didn’t get my money back because I was giving it more time for it to work.
