Pandora Gets Angry (The Mythic Misadventures Book 5) Kindle Edition

As a child, mythology fascinated me. Thanks to Carolyn Hennesy, I get to enjoy that fascination all over again. I have gifted the released books in the series to a couple of young ladies so far and they have fallen in love with the adventures of Pandora and her friends. I have read these books along with them and love them as well. Delightful storytelling that combines vivid retelling of mythology with a modern voice are what greets you as you settle in to find out how Pandy and company find the sin of rage. What I love the most about the books is the fact that Pandora makes mistakes. She is not perfect, she does make bad decisions and she has to figure out how to right the wrongs that she has caused. She gives a good message to the youth that need someone positive to look up to. Carolyn Hennesy deserves kudos for yet another fabulous book in this series.

Often times books that are in a series tend to become dull after the third or fourth book but this is not the case in Carolyn Hennesy's Pandora Gets Angry. It makes the reader laugh out loud, get a bit weepy and think about the struggles that little miss Pandy has to go through in this adventure. Pandora is a character that any girl of any age can relate to. Carolyn Hennesy captures the triumphs and failures of a character and does so with such talent and skill. She captures Greek Mythology so perfectly. And with writing such as this, it only makes the reader wanting more in the next book! Brava Carolyn Hennesy.

This one is not as good as the first book and the last one. At this point in the series, I was kind of ready for it to be over or at least getting to that point, but I still enjoyed it. It was still very good and very interesting! That is why I gave it 5 stars anyway since I still really liked it.

Great series. Appreciate the appropriate topics regarding friendship. 11 year old loves these.

This book was a great way to sum up the other four books and still continue the story of Pandora . I myself have been trying to read this series since I was in the fifth grade ( I am now a freshmen in high school). I would recommend this series to anyone over the age of ten, Or anyone who could understand the concept of it.

Another great book from Carolyn Hewnnesy! Great actress and best of all, writer for preteens! My grandaughter just loved the series!
