Very easy, simple yoga for beginner seniors
The first sequence can be easily done in a chair. The second sequence is more demanding as some of the poses require kneeling and there is a Downward Dog. There are no standing poses. Poses are held for a long time. In my opinion, there is more stretching than yoga. Too tame for this 68 year old senior who has been practicing for 18 years.

Yoga DVD
The gentle yoga is just what I wanted but it took several tries on several different tv's and computers to finally find one where it worked. It is apparently a European not American version and a piece of equipment that could read and display it properly.

Does not play on all machines, televisions
Does not work on my tv dvd player so was useless for my needs. Too much effort to look for appropriate player, would not have bought if I had known.

Bought this for my grandma and I've never seen her so happy! She says it's really gentle and super easy to do this yoga for seniors.
