KATSUYA TERADA REAL SIZE

I was recommended this artist due to my love of another, and I'm glad I discovered this work. This looks amazing, and the large size helps to see the details.

Teradas art style is something I want to study for the rest of my life!

GReat art book, love that it has both full scale images and close ups of the work.

It's a great, faithful recreation of an exhibition by Katsuya Terada. Some are reproductions of small sketches, but the really great pieces are zoomed out large murals, then there will be 100% recreations of portions of those murals. My only quibble, and I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out, but you can see some digital artifacts on some of the lines. It's subtle though, I don't notice it unless I'm looking for them so I didn't take a star off

Given the fact that the majority of these illustrations are massive in real life, I believe the book captures most of the essence and detail of his drawings. Granted a few images are rather small, but the overall book is just awesome. Looking forward to more Katsuya Terada artbooks in the future.

I've only just begun going through the book, but thus far it's fantastic. Katsuya Terada's work here is great, I would say this is definitely worth the purchase and supporting him.

The book is everything I had hoped for. Terada’s mastery of art is beautiful. It worth waiting a couple of weeks for.

Good selection of designs ... but the format is not good ... either too large or too small ... the small ones could be a little bigger and the large ones not full-page ... in short everything well except the size ... value maximum $ 20 or maybe less...Terada is dedicated to illustration ... but it is impossible to enjoy it in small formats ... or with a magnifying glass ... it is the second book he makes with tiny images ... I do not understand the microscopic format ...the biggest images are sometimes almost not appreciated ... by distortion... the best way to enjoy illustrations is the size format in books and sheets ... in short, much to be desired ... it's a shame ... its more standard format or a 12 x 12 ¨ would leave many of his fans satisfied.

Non conoscevo Katsuya Terada prima di questo acquisto, e sono rimasto letteralmente senza parole.La capacità di quest'uomo di disegnare a grandezza naturale su enormi fogli dove apparentemente non compare nemmeno una traccia a matita, direttamente a pennarello, è qualcosa di stupefacente.Mi ha fatto pensare al talento di un altro gigante italiano, mai abbastanza compianto, che da 36 anni ci ha lasciati coi cuori infranti sul fondo del pozzo di un vuoto incolmabile...

Got this for my son as he is a Katsuya Terada fan, he likes it a lot.
