The item wired correctly , heat worked as it should, ac turns on heat and ac, change temp so ac will turn off, fan and heat turn off but ac unit stays on. Called support, got a replacement at no charge, pre-paid shipping. Replacement does the same thing. Put my none wifi programmable back in until I can order another brand.

It takes some time to unstand how to program and how it works The instructions are no good need to be more precise it’s a good thermostat and works well so far

Worst purchase ever! Menu settings are a pain in the a** Random settings brought my house to 104 dergrees while I wasnt home. Almoat killed my Dog. Zero Tech support. Not even through amazon. Dangerous to your home!!! Becarful

Not a good product for me

I replaced my old mercury thermostat with this one. I like the aesthetics of the thermostat, it looks good overall. The installation was almost easy, the ONLY thing I had a problem with, was that I'm used to having a jumper preinstalled in the thermostat between "R" and "RC". After I figured out that the jumper was needed, the thermostat was operating as designed.Operation: The thermostat operates best if you set your weekly schedule and then make changes from the app. I would not solely rely on the app. The thermostat program has time delay built in which I like, it runs the fan a little longer just to get the last little conditioned air out of your duct.Flaws: I have spoken with the manufacture and they say they are getting this issue resolved as of today and should be fixed in a few weeks. When you try to activate a "scene" or a program from your app in F*, the app does not recognize the scale. You have to set your thermostat to C* in order to use your custom app presets.Future improvements: I would like to see this app in the play store, not in a random website.I would like the thermostat to show the setpoint and the current temp at the same time.The app should display what program is making the unit run, is the app commanding the unit on? Or is the thermostat commanding the unit on? Something that specifies the commanding signal would make this thermostat perfect for the money.Overall the thermostat works great and once you learn the small little quirks, you'll be happy with it as well.I will update once the manufacture fixes the C* to F* conversion in the app.
