Perfect for homemade dishes
Minors General Tso's is perfect for making homemade Oriental dishes. It does have a slight bite to it, which we like, but the ability to add as much or as little as you want is there. We eat enough dishes that call for General Tso's sauce that the large bottle works for us. Also it is hard to find in the west!

Sweet and Sour sauce
Sweet and Sour sauce had a good taste and balance of pineapple/ cherry in the sauce. I recommend shaking the bottle before using because the fruit settles in the bottom.Like to size of bottle too. Would recommend.

Perfect dipping sauce!
I actually discovered this sauce at a restaurant after asking the waitress their secret!! It's perfect for dipping all of your favorite finger foods and even in your favorite stir frys!

Good taste but not amazing
It has a good taste but not like Asian food places I have had in the past.

Tastes great!
General Tso's chicken is probably at the top of my list of favorite foods. I wanted to learn how to make it myself without having to shell out $10-$14 for "my fix".My family did a taste test with this product and the Iron Kitchen brand General Tso's sauce. I cooked - head to head comparison. Same night, same batch of wok-fried chicken chunks. Final blend cooked ten minutes apart from each other. Both batches of General Tso's (one batch with Minor's and one batch with Iron Kitchen) were very, very good. Almost identical. I could easily eat a pound of either. But the Iron Kitchen Brand General Tso's was unanimously better. Again, it wasn't much of a difference, but the Iron Kitchen was a tad sweeter and a tad more spicy than Minor's. Neither were overly spicy, about medium. I personally am not a fan of really spicy food, and I can comfortably say that Minor's was not too spicy for me - just right. One important point is that the Minor's Brand Sauce is significantly cheaper than Iron Kitchen. To sum up, yes I would buy Minor's again. It is very, very tasty and cost-effective. True, it did not win the bake-off against Iron Kitchen, but it didn't lose by much. A packet of Splenda and few more chili flakes would have probably made it a tie.Update: I made another batch today using the Minor's General Tso's sauce. Just wanted to double down that this sauce is great! Not too spicy, not too sweet. Just right.

It's very sweet sauce, too sweet
I love General Tso' s chicken, and with this I can make it myself. The local Chinese restaurant offers a small and large General Tso, but $14 for the small to me, is just outrageous. So from here out I will make my own. No more huge cost and tiny portions. This, some rice, and some Tyson chicken will be my go to now. I may try Ramen Noodles in lieu of the rice, and see how that works out. Yes, I am so creative! Thanks. Kem. 1/16/24Update Jan 18. I made my General Tso, the Banquet chicken and Walmart rice was great, but this sauce is WAY TOO SWEET! Its like drenching the chicken in honey. The is no spice kick to it at all. I have found that I can use the juice from Vlassic Yellow Pepper jars to kill off some of the sweetness. Also added some Mrs Dash Onion and Herbs, black pepper, to kill off that awful sweetness. If you like ungodly sweet Tso' sauce , this one is for you. I will be working on other ways to kill of that disgusting sweetness. Maybe add some cayenne next time as well.Update Jan 20. Gave some of this to a friend that just loves General Tso. It made her physically ill. Don't know if I just got a bad batch, or is it really supposed to be this sickeningly sweet?Update March 10. Couldn't give this jug of General Tso sauce away. It sat in fridge, then threw it in the trash, because it was taking up room. I thought I was getting a bargain, uh,....no.. I hate wasting anything! This one of if not the worst purchase I've made on Amazon.

good sauce
good taste, reasonable value.only negative thing I would say is that the flavor is a bit mild for my tastes, requiring some additional sauce be added, which raises the price per meal cost

rinde muchismo
se ve pequeño pero es rinde mucho, es de muy buena calidad y es el que usan en los restaurantes. lo recomiendo solo si te gusta el sabor y quisieras comer teriyaki los proximos 365 dias o mas
