500mL coconut water, 2 Tbsp almond butter powder, 1 scoop protein. Thank me later ;)I got the unsweetened unflavored variety, no stevia, no artificial sweeteners, thank god. I've been 99% plant based and this gave me a noticable boost in energy almost right away. Happy it used multiple sources of protein instead of JUST pea or rice. Got a nice amino profile. No bloat or digestive issues.Note: if you blend just in water it has a very light chalky texture left in the mouth. I don't mind it personally. Could probably remedy by using more fat to smooth it out.

People are complaining how its half full but it's true to the net weight/serving size. This didn't bloat me at all and only needs one scoop to get 20g of protein. It's not going to taste like Oreos, as its completely natural but does mix well in smoothies to curtail the taste.This might be the best vegan protein option overall. I am now a plant protein convert.

I've been drinking this protein powder for the past month and it hasn't made me feel bloated, nor have stomach pain compared to other brands. Another thing I really like is that it isn't overly sweet like other protein powders. I warm up half a cup of flaxseed milk or a whole cup and mix in the protein powder for faster mixing since I mix with a spoon. Makes me feel energized. Love it. Thank you!!

I have tried various protein powders and they all give me gas or have that fake sugar taste. This is the only protein powder I have found that tastes great, no gas, and is low carb. I love this product.

The flavor is not great but it is a great quality product for the gut health! so IT IS WORTH IT❤️is the best shake ever!!!

For many years I have been searching for a good non-whey protein powder as whey doesn't agree with me. This fermented organic vegan protein powder is excellent. No gas, no upset stomach, no side effects, no grittiness. The chocolate flavor tastes great. If you are mixing it with almond milk I would suggest mixing it with a bit of water first and then adding the almond milk to help it dissolve.

Favorite so far. Has the best taste and ingredients combined. 5 stars always. The negative reviews are confusing. So far so good. I enjoy putting it in my morning decaf for some protein boost first thing in the morning. Keeps you going.

I might be biased here because this is my first vegan protein. Up until now I've spoiled myself with PEScience chocolate truffle whey protein which tastes amazing. This stuff tastes horrendous compared to that. Maybe it's because it's fermented, maybe it's because it's vegan, hard to say!That said, I've only had one scoop so far so maybe the taste will grow on me.As for everything else about it, it has a great amino acid profile, it mixes well in coconut milk, it's non dairy (which is my reason for buying) and so far I haven't had any bloating or digestive effects from it.Man it really does taste like rotting food though lol. I'll update if I feel differently about the taste in the future.

Love this brand. I used to take whey protein and switched to plant based as I am low in iron and this one has 42% of daily iron and it has helped ten fold.
