The album played fine and it came packaged in bubble wrap so it wouldn't break in transit. Love it!

Absolutely Flawless!
I love Eve's music... and right when I saw this, I had to buy it! Although I had some problems with the first one I ordered, (such as UPS scamming me and never giving me my package...) I got it refunded and got the one I have right now 100% for free! Amazon Customer Service is a life-saver! When I got the album itself, it was a bit cracked (most likely a result of shipping) on the bottom of the plastic... But that's not really a problem. Overall, the disc is beautiful and the songs are great, as always! I would recommend this to anyone who likes Eve or just Japanese music in general!

ケースが割れていたが直ぐ対応してくれた。
子供のプレゼント用に購入しましたがケースが割れており、子供に確認して 交換して欲しい と切望されました。到着を楽しみにしていただけに ショックも大きかったようでした。今日 返品交換で郵送しますが、スムーズな対応を期待しています。後日談その日のうちに 新しい商品を送ってくださって 翌日到着し、割れなく子供が喜んでおりました。素早い対応で 嬉しかったです。こういう時の対応が良い会社は 信用できると思いました。
