Whimsical Vogue
I have several books of faerie art ranging from dark to silly and this is a nice, sweet whimsical addition with really stunning illustration. It's a flirty, fanciful faery Cosmo magazine, full of dresses made of dried flower's petals and dandelion fluff. Nothing is too girly, there's no such thing as too many embellishments or too much color and it's all tied together with loopy script and light text. The book itself is lovingly created, the paper heavy and glossy, the book substantially weighty and large. It works well as a coffee table book just because it's fun to look at; it doesn't need any other purpose. If you like faeries, if you like silly fashion and books that exist just because they look nice and make you smile and feel happier and don't need any deeper meaning than that, then this is perfect. I've paged through it many times and loaned it out quite a few more.I have a niece who's very into faeries at the moment and I actually ended up recreating several outfits in this book for her dolls using parts of silk flowers and ribbons - so it's not just lovely to look at, it's inspirational too.

Exquisite!
This is one of the most wonderful books that I have ever bought. It is a fashion book of Fairy clothing done in a very artful and artistic publication. It is impossible to describe all of the surprises that you will encounter in this book. I loved it so much, I ordered another one that I can save for "good" while I really use this one. I plan to make my own Fairy Fashions with the inspiration gleaned from this impressive collection.

STUNNING
This book is just beautiful. It's an obvious must have for Fairy lovers, but flower lovers will have their breath taken away as well. It's filled with whimsy and the most amazing artwork, it's perfect for just about anyone's coffee table who likes a lighthearted "something different".Another plus to the book is how heavy the pages are. They're nice and substantial, meaning it's OKAY TO PAGE THROUGH without feeling like the book will flake apart in your hands! Often I find when books are about delicate fairies, they feel the book itself needs to be delicate - in this case, it's definitely for browsing. It's simply beautiful, and remarkable, and memorable. A winner.

Beautiful, imaginative book about fashion in the fairie world.
Amazing book, very imaginative. Never thought I would enjoy thumbing thru a book on Fairies, but this one is great. Wonderful artistic work, hard not to believe in their world. The part about a wedding party's cloths catches your attention; you rush to see what the bride's dress looks like. Hard to believe a 72 year old man could enjoy such a thing.

Wish Come True
My eight year old daughter is obsessed with fashion design and fairies. This book combines her two greatest loves and sparks her imagination. This book inspires her in a way a cheap toy never will. It is much larger than I expected. I love how the designs dominate the pages and there is minimal text. I gave it as a gift with feathers, twine etc. She'll spend hours outside gathering extra "design materials" and measuring. This goes well with any of the fairy home books by Tracy Kane.

A beautiful book
This is a beautiful book which I used to inspire some natural collage work with Key Stage 2 pupils following a suggestion from another teacher on social media. Despite being ‘fairy’ clothes, even the boys were engaged by some of the quirky designs. Great for someone interested in fashion or photography as a table top book.

Liking this book depends on what you're looking for.
I was hoping for a book that was laid out like - the description says - a catalogue. Something reminiscent of the Elle collection series, maybe, brimming with styles and inspiration. Instead the book is more abstract, with featured textiles, sketches and unfortunately, a lot of negative space. And I mean a lot. There is far too much filler in this book with (unnecessary) full colour spreads that take up a page or more, and sparsely descriptive text on the opposite side. There are full pages with just one or two words on them. That was a major disappointment for me as while this may have been a design choice, it felt like pure filler, padding the book unnecessarily.Aesthetically, there's absolutely nothing wrong with this book. It is gorgeous to leaf through, for what little content there is, and it's obviously laid out and designed to appeal in that regard, but as a reference book or as a book for anyone looking to focus more on the fashion side of things, the clothing, the silhouettes, this is not a great book.It depends entirely on what you're looking for, I suppose. I had hoped this was a nice reference book, something I could go to for inspiration but frankly, I've seen more inventive sketches and fairy dresses on pinterest. I've drawn better ones myself.I was keen on the other book from this series, Fairie-ality Style, but having seen this book, I'll definitely be looking elsewhere.

Fairy fashion
Really fun coffee table book, images inside are full of lots of fabulous fairy fashions done in a sort of magazine style, like if fairies did vogue in hardback book! The photography is lush and it makes for a really lovely book to Oooooo and arrrrrrrrr over with a cuppa. The only slight disappointment for me where that the clothes are very 2D I would have loved to have seen some the images of clothes shown in 3D form so they showed front, above, back and sides. But that is just a tiny moan! Would make a lovely gift for anyone into fairies and fashion!
