Great value and the perfect replacement part
I just installed this new solenoid valve for my Aprilaire 500 whole house humidifier and it works perfectly. My local appliance store sells the same valve for $75, but it was only $16 on Amazon! I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. It fixed the issue with the old valve not shutting off and allowing water to run continuously. Not only was it a great price, but it is saving me money on my water bill.

No provision made for inline filter on this one. Otherwise it does work. Old one was bored out to accommodate the filter.
