Low setting does not work
If it wasn't for the fact that the Low setting didn't work, I would have given this 5 stars and kept this product, but I went ahead and returned it... But I did order another one, but this time a different brand, I'm hoping this one will not be defective.The outcome is as expected, dries the hair thoroughly, and styles it too. I have packed away my hair dryer and flat iron!

Too Big!!!
This item is too big to be handled!I totally dislike it :( I was unable to use it; not even once.I bought it here thinking I'm going to save some money, but regret because I didn't save the box and now I'm stuck with it.Too big of a handle and the shape makes it more difficult.Not recommend it to anybody, especially if you have small hands.

Dissapointed
I purchase this item because of the great price in comparison to the Revlon. I work abroad and every time I visit my home I purchase things that I need or would like to use, unfortunately, this item worked for a week and a half and I cannot return the item because I am overseas. I am stuck with an item that doesn't work. At the beginning I was in love with the item, it worked great but now there is no use for it, $30 to the garbage.
