FreesmilyWomen Long Raincoat Waterproof Rain Jacket with Hood Zipper and Pockets Outdoors

Rain Coat
It's a lightweight rain coat and has its own carry tote that you can fold it up and put it back into. I walked 3/4 of a mile in a down pour and it did keep me dry but any longer in a heavy rain and I don't think it would have stayed impervious. This would be better suited for a drizzly mist. I was looking for an alternative to the throw away ponchos when attending outdoor events.

Fit was right on
I’ve never owned an actual rain coat. This is super cute & light weight material. I normally wear a 2XL but lost about 40lbs and decided to get an XL and it has a little extra room, yay! Now I need to get a pink umbrella to match even though I’m not a pink person. It has a zipper and 4 snap buttons in the front. Oh and it comes with a pretty little bag to carry it in for a suitcase or back pack.

Awkward design
This garment is very oddly shaped. The sleeves are oddly long and the hood is comically big—you could fit a motorcycle helmet under there. The hood is why I ultimately decided to return the coat. It is too big and floppy to be anything but annoying if I actually wore it out in the rain. A ball cap with a brim would solve the problem, but sometimes a girl has to have good hair. If you use the drawstring, the only thing exposed is your chin. It’s ridiculous. The gold color is not as pretty as I had hoped. It is more of a newborn baby poop yellow than gold. For such a long coat, it only has three very weak snaps that pop open with the slightest tension. This jacket is weirdly oversized everywhere but in the upper arms. If I were to size down the upper arms would be snug. The forearm portion os big. I absolutely loved the fabric and light weight, despite the other flaws.

cozy and dry
Great quality, well made!It rains almost everyday, I stay cozy and dry on long walks and while doing yard work. I bought a size larger than usual, it is perfect for layering under on cold and rainy days. It goes down to mid shin, I am 5'1".

Smells like a Toxic Waste Center
I can't even tell you if this fit or not because the smell was so horrendous I could not even keep the item close to me for any amount of time long enough to try it on. Not only that- I was concerned for my skins safety. I went and scrubbed myself after touching it. I had to store it away while I waited to return it cause the smell is so potent I feared it being near any areas where we had to be in. Do not buy this item. If I was in a monsoon and this was the only raincoat offered to me- I guess I'd just get really wet.Do not recommend.

Fish-rubber Smell does not wash out
Disappointed - look, fit (loose) & color (pink) great - unfortunately all downhill from there. Strong fishy-rubber-chemical smell - tried washing in machine but the smell did not go away AND there were strange lighter colored marks on outside after washing. After reviewing Amazon description, realized you cannot machine wash this. So cannot return since I washed it, but item is unusable due to strong smell that does not wash out and when I did wash it, had lighter colored areas (perhaps from laundry soap which is probably why you cannot wash this)...do not recommend.

Great length and cut.
I like this rain slicker. The shoulders are a little snug, I got the size medium. I like the A-line cut, it does have a cinch strings around the bottom but looks terrible like a garbage bag if you tighten it. Looks much better flared.I like the gold color. It’s for work. I am outside in the weather a lot , and this will be long enough to hopefully keep me dry even my bottom half. It’s a pain to carry an umbrella, I like my hands free.

Hoping to add more stars...the color is great!
Just got this and haven't rain tested it yet which is the only reason I'm not giving more stars (that and the zipper). Love the color, love the style. The zipper is quite sticky but I'm going to wax it to see if that helps. Will update!!
