I HATE having to choose clothes, I'm as boring as I can be . . so I buy everything the same, and after a while the neighbors don't see me coming because I always look exactly the same . . so when I can buy 10 shirts for one price, for less than buying 3, one at a time . . I'm in . . and darned if they aren't as comfortable and warm as the shirts I have been buying . . they are SLIGHTLY rougher than some of the softest shirts, slightly heavier than other shirts, but very comfortable. The cuffs seem tighter, and less stretched out than others I've bought, the collar is right, the chest is right, so I'm all right . . .

If you don't have sensitive skin, this would be fine for you. I was looking for a soft shirt that would be gentle on my father's skin. This is not that shirt. It seems well made, but the tag in the back alone would irritate his skin, and I'm tired of accidentally cutting too close. The tag is almost sharp, it is so stiff and thick. And there's two of them!

This is an excellent shirt for a bargain price, especially when bought in the 10-pack. There are no side seams to itch you. The back neck and shoulders are covered in fabric which is not always the case in undershirts. The front neck, armholes, cuffs, sleeve seams, and bottom hem are not fabric covered, but they are surged with a very soft thread which is much more comfortable than the surging in some of my other shirts that scratches and itches my skin. I was worried that the crew neck would annoy me since I don't like anything tight around my neck, but it is loose enough that I can get it over my head with my glasses on, plus you can stretch it a little both ways when the shirt is wet. The cotton in this shirt is soft and surprisingly heavy, not like a typical men's undershirt. It is more an outer shirt than an undershirt, but it could be worn under a roomy outer shirt. It has cuffs, which is a very nice feature especially if the sleeves are a little long on someone. The weight and texture of the shirt seems to be between a tee shirt and a very light weight sweatshirt. I am using one for sleeping and it feels soft against my face at night and keeps me warm but not hot. The arms are long on me which I expected since I am only 5 feet 4 inches tall and I ordered the size large shirt. The size chart indicated I should order a medium or even a small if I wanted a snug shirt, but I went with the large for the comfort and I'm happy with the roominess. The sleeve width is roomy enough on me, but not too roomy. The construction of this shirt is excellent, in fact perfect except for a thread or two that was not cut off. I bought my shirts in the 10-pack and they arrived with all ten shirts ironed and folded in half neatly, all in one big plastic bag loosely taped shut and inside a big box. I didn't have a problem with the fact that each shirt was not individually wrapped, and in fact I can use the big plastic bag. Some reviewers said there were holes, unsewn seams and stains on their shirts, but mine were all in perfect new condition. I washed them and dried them in the dryer, but they do take a very long time to dry. I ended up hanging them up to complete the drying. The only negative thing I can say about this excellent shirt is that it has two very annoying scratchy tags sewn right into the back neck seam. You can't tear them off without ripping the stitches. I cut them out very carefully with tiny scissors. Here are the approximate dimensions of size large after washing and drying: underarm sleeve length 23", sleeve circumference at shoulder 20.5", sleeve circumference at middle of sleeve 15", back width at top between sleeve seams 20.25", circumference around the bottom 45.5", length at back middle 29".

I wear a medium size shirt but I read the reviews that said these shirts shrink when washed so I purchased large size. The first thing I noticed was that they were way to large. So I washed them in normal cycle warm wash and rinse and then dried them with normal dryer setting. The came out fitting slightly loose so there is still enough size left for shrinkage on a second wash. But I like them as they are. I hope they do not shrink much more on second and third washes. They have very nice cuffs and the fabric is heavier and rougher feeling than normal T shirts but they are comfortable as a cover for lounging around the house. And they feel good when I put a UPF 50 sun protection shirt over them to go outdoors in bright sun. I will order more of these shirts.

Bought this as a sleep shirt with leggins for the colder months. It is a little scratchy but washing should help with that. I bought the medium it fits fine and I am hoping it does not shrink as it just may become a bit tight in the chest area. Quality is good and price is right.

Hi, I really, really, enjoy wearing these shirts. I wear these when I work around the house, for a casual stroll. Depending on the weather with or without a jacket these shirts are comfortable. My favorite color is white ... I like white shirts and Jeans. Also, these shirts are manufactured by a good maker and are of a heavy weight. If you like long sleeve tee shirts ... My husband is 6'3" and 240 lbs...We ordered a 5xl taking into account it may shrink or be a little small so we ordered 1 size up from what we normally buy. In the neck, arms, and chest the shirt fits great, but it gets wider as you get to the end of the shirt. We have washed and dryer 1 time and shrunk a little but still is not for tall people. Good product though very comfortable he says, he just wont wear them out of the house.

I own shirts like this from Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Hanes. I own several from each manufacturer. In general, the Fruit of the Loom are softer, the cuffs of Hanes are tighter (which I like), and the cuffs of the Gildan shirts seem to stretch out more quickly than the other two (which I don't like). The quality of fabric of all three seems OK to me, they all seem to wash equally well. If I needed another shirt of this kind, and my size was available, and the price differences weren't substantial, I would buy Fruit of the Loom first, Hanes second and Gildan as a third choice. The Gildan would not be my preferred choice but it would be acceptable.

I purchased Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Jazees and Russell long sleeve T-shirts all at the same time from Amazon. I also purchased George brand from WalMart. All have been laundered 3 or 4 or more times. The Gildan branded shirts are heavier weight material than the others. All except George have knitted cuffs and a taped neck band. George does not have knitted cuffs. The Fruit, Jazees and Russell shirts are lighter weight and fit a little smaller. The fruit have a narrow neck band and are rather short-wasted. The Jazees and Russell shirts were nice enough but not price competitive. The George shirts were in the same price range as the Fruit and Gildan shirts but were very short-wasted and inferior to the others in both material and finish.

I also have Fruit of the loom shirts which are the same size and are very poor quality. They have shrunk after the first wash and continue to.Gildan quality is far superior and much more comfortable and they wash well too. I’m so pleased that I purchased these. It’s worth spending the money for this quality.

Bought for work as i have to cover my arms on machines for swarf. But i work in a foundry, so quite warm on a normal day, so a sweatshirt wasn't an option. Size was slightly bigger than expected. Could of gone a size down. Comfortable to wear and fit well. I would check your chest size against chart. If you like a bit baggy go for size or if you want it a spot on fit not tight i would say a size down. Gildan are generous in sizing.

I always order XL even though large would fit.Normally the shirts I buy shrink.These shirts hardly shrank.And I find the trunk of the shirt is longer than other long sleeve shirts I have.Love them.Will be ordering more soon.
