I've tried numerous waist trimmers over the years and I have to say this one is by far my favorite!! It stays in place it doesn't slip or bunch like others belts do that i've tried. It also doubles as an excellent lifting belt so I don't have to buy a separate belt just for working out! :) If you want to get the most out of wearing it I suggest putting a hot cream on first! I plan on buying another one just for a spare. Hope my review helps you make a decision! :)

What I like most about it is it's size. It covers the entire abs and lower waist. Also has support bars in the back which has added terrific support for my problem back.What I don't like has not happened yet. In many of the support products in the past the Velcro connection wears out in a month.

so far i am very impressed with this product. it definitely helps me build a sweat in my waist area when working out, when normally i do not sweat there at all. will update review after a few weeks of use to comment on the results.

I absolutely love my excersice belt. It’s so supportive and comfortable and GREAT price. I use it to workout everyday at the gym. Awesome product!!!

I have used this waist band a couple times after I got it. It is perfect for my working out, really provides support and helps with my posture. Plus, it is super easy to wear and very soft. I would recommend this to my fellows in the gym.

I love it, definitely makes me sweat Sizing is right got a XL and it fits. Ive lost 1 inch off my waist so far

As expected

Didnt perform well abd would constantly dig into my sides. Two supports in the back but they did nothing and bent easily. Not my best purchase and would suggest investing in a corset over this.
