I've been looking for the right size tote bag for a while, this one is the perfect size. As I walk out the door my wife says "it looks like a purse!" So I'm looking at women's purses as I'm walking to the train and yes she's correct, their purses are the same size as this bag. If you're sensitive you may want to go for a larger man-bag, for the rest of us with thicker skin...This bag holds my X1 Carbon and a 15.6" portable monitor perfectly. The padding is slim but adequate for me. Lot's of extra room for mouse, Kindle, notebook, cables and power adapter.You WILL want to upgrade the shoulder strap, I am using the strap from a larger more expensive bag, it has a shoulder pad that slides along the strap. I knew I wouldn't last 5 mins using the strap that comes with this bag without a shoulder pad because the strap by itself will cut into your neck with weight in the bag.

I am returning this item. It is much larger than expected. It is also gaudy — and does not appear to be all that well made.

I like it because it is very durable and make of strong materials. Lots of pockets on this bag so you will have plenty of rooms for your personal items such as cell phone, Ipad, and laptop computer. I would greatly recommended this bag to anyone who uses this bag everyday because I personally use this bag everyday for work.

Returned because quality seems so-so. All zippers were single pull and some snagged easily.

I no longer work so I've downsized from a laptop to a tablet. This bag is slim and stylish for traveling or long days out and about in the city. So yes, for me it's more of a man-purse than a laptop bag. And a great one it is. Not too big or bulky. It appears well made and I think it will hold up for a long time for how I intend to use it.

Nice bag, aesthetically exactly what I expected. The downside is that it isn’t at sturdy as any other similar bag I have had before. Without using more than half the bags capacity, the zipper does not remain closed and splits open. It can really only handle very minimal weight and paperwork unfortunately.

The zippers are not very smooth when opening and closing. Other than that I am quite pleased with the quality of the item especially considering the price. Inexpensive for the quality.
