Not at all what the descriptions says other than the design & colors on the floor
Very disappointed! Literally no instructions enclosed, the hose that attaches to the adapter is NOT a normal hose so we had to make the ends of the hose a double female. The adapter that goes into the base of the sprinkler HAS to be propped upwards to keep it from pulling out once the water is turned on & then the water sprays OUTWARD... not inward over the splash pad like it is pictured or described... it was delivered in a clear plastic bag no pictures, instructions, nothingVery disappointed !!!Update: 30 mins later the seam busted!!!! 1- 17 month old little boy playing in the center & the seam around the edge busted about 12”& there went the fun 🙄

Didn't receive the yellow tip to hook up the water hose or instructions
My son's sprinkler came in a clear bag with no instructions or sprinkler tip. I can't figure out how to reach the company about this. The water doesn't come in and I tried just putting the hose over the plastic part and it keeps coming off. Very dissatisfied. I wish I had gotten my baby a pool instead.

Disappointing
Awful. Don't get this. The water does not sprinkle inward as shown. And it only sprinkles like a foot upward.Update - It broke on the second use, just popped a hole where the seem meets, completely unusable. It's already in the garbage bin.

Does Not Work as Shown in Pictures
This product does not work like the pictures illustrate. It works more like the pictures the reviewers posted where the water actually sprays towards the OUTSIDE of the splash mat. The hose attachment also isn't very clear. My assumption is the little yellow attachment they send is supposed to fit in my hose? But it does not and I have a standard green hose. All in all, I ended up returning the product after disappointment of it not working for my kids' birthday party.

Picture not accurate
It shows the water spraying inwards in the pictures but it doesn’t actually work like that. The water sprays outwards so the middle pad is dry which makes no sense.

Doesn’t hold up or work like the picture
Bought this for my four year old. The holes spray outward not like the picture. After the second use it tore a whole just from standing in the middle.

Fun
I like the width of pad. Where the hose connects never would connect well although the children didn’t mind. It doesn’t spray as high as the pic on the box.
