GOGO Tuners The GOGO Pedal Tuner

I got my pedal today and used it on a gig this evening. I play bass. This thing is built like a tank. It is more accurate than other pedals I have used and I will be using it to reset the intonation on some of my instrument. The display is huge and easy to see. (I haven't tried it on an outdoor gig in bright sunlight, so I won't know that for months). I never heard of this brand before, but they knew what they were doing when they built this pedal.

I was hesitant to buy this pedal since it wasn't one of the big name pedal brands; but after using my buddy's gogo clip on tuner I decided to give this one a shot. I am sure glad I did. I love the large screen(which most pedal tuners are lacking) it is easy to see. The back light makes it even easier to see both at home at on stage, and the fact that it turns green when you are in tune makes it even easier. As far as quality I am impressed, it is accurate and easy to use. It feels well built and I haven't had any issues with it, I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I was looking for a tuner that I could put on my pedal board that I could see on dark stages as well as bright, sunny stages. So far the go go tuner has exceeded my expectations! The display is nice and bright and also very accurate! I use 3 different tunings on multiple bass guitars so I need to tune up quickly. Its nice to tune beween songs and it hooked up easily to my Line6 G50 wireless pedal which has a tuner output. I can leave it on all the time so I can see if I'm in tune while I'm playing! Great product for the price!

very easy to read, I was a big fan of the korg tuner and this is very close.

I seem to have inconsistent results with this pedal. I use it at church in a professional environment. I have issues where I start to tune with it, I click the pedal and start turning and it will start telling me that all of my strings are flat. The situation is I show up for rehearsal, I tune my 5 string bass. We practice the songs everything sounds fine. We take a break before we go back to perform in front of people. Just to double check my tuning when we come out I will click the pedal and the tuner will start telling me that all of my strings are flat. I know that not my strings all are not flat. I click the tuner off and back on and then I will get more accurate readings. This tricked me several times minutes before we are about to play. I am standing up there retuning all of my strings and I have second thoughts that there is no way all of my strings are that far out, so I clicked the pedal again and double checked them and now they are all sharp. Once this happened to me a couple times I figured out that I need to click the pedal off and on a few times to make sure it is consistent. I am not sure if this unit is bad or if it is just like this with basses (I have 3 I use with this tuner). I contacted the company and they never returned my emails. The display is awesome. I can see if very well. It is heavy duty. It gets good reviews on here, but maybe they are all guitar players or I just have a bad unit. Either way, I don't feel confident using this tuner as I may not get a reliable reading.

Got the 'black' version of this pedal as a gift and worked okay when I first got it.... Used it several times for live gigs over about 6 months and took very good care of it. After not using it for a couple of months, plugged my guitar into it --- the tuner flashed on, and then it stopped working. The Gogo tuner is less the 1 year old & was used sparingly & it died! "Gogotuners" never returned my phone calls or emails - So, I'd have to say that there is no tech support, and that the Company does not care about it's customers. Bottom line is that an item such as this should last for many years not just months!!! I have a Korg GT-3 tuner that has worked fine for over 30 years!! Wanted a tuner with a large readout for live situations. Will be checking out the Korg Pitch Black Pedal tuner . . .**** As a added note... I was able to contact customer service and they provided me with a replacement pedal, which, unfortunately was also defective. Ultimately, GoGo provided me with their new model -- "Caliber Chromatic Pedal Tuner" It is a much better pedal and has been working very well.

Looks cool and is large. It’s about the same size as my boost and Tremolo pedals, maybe slightly larger.

Forget the enormous display on this thing, the back-lighting is really what makes it great. You can be on the other side of an enormous stage, and assuming you're somewhere in the vicinity of the right note, you can tune just by the changing color of the back-lit screen, which goes from a vivid, bright orange when out of tune, to a bright, emerald green when in-tune.Did I mention it's bright?
