Nice hose to begin with, flexible, lightweight, easy to coil up. But about 2 years after I bought it it sprung a leak and then disintegrated with multiple leaks after 2 years 5 months. Had to throw it away. Kept outside, partial sun. Used only once a month or so. Don't expect it to last.

It was perfect for 24 months than sprang a big leak and was useless. I was unable to repair it as I have done with traditional hoses.

YES, I MOST DEFINITELY RECIMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR ITS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I've purchased many different brands of expandable hoses over the years. Even with proper care, they usually last just a few seasons. Not as durable as a traditional hose but the light weight and ease of use makes up for it. I have to give GrowGreen customer service the highest praise. I purchased a 50' and 100' hose a couple years ago with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, both developed leaks, one minor and one major failure. I found the original warranty cards, contacted support, and received a response 9 minutes later! I never expected such a fast response. I fully expected resistance to the warranty request, proof I properly cared for the hoses, and other delays. I received nothing but an apology for the defects and an assurance they stood behind their product. Two replacement hoses showed up yesterday! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Love the hose. Easy to keep, saves space & easy to use. However this will be my third one ordering because they break. Something happens mid hose where the water just won’t pass and springs a leak.

I have a small yard and water the lawn and my garden twice a day. The hose is perfect for me, as I am elderly and do not have to drag heavy hose around any longer. It also takes up less space near the water outlet.

It is a nice hose to use but it is not very durable. I have had this hose for about a year and have taken care of it but it has already sprung some leaks and the holes are not in a high wear area. Most of the leaks are within 3 foot of where the hose attaches. If you can buy one that is labeled heavy duty and has a Warranty ,it would be a good idea.

Worked great for two years... that was with barely any real use honestly. Maybe a few times a month. Light, easy to store, but inner rubber hose sprung a leak close to the spigot after exactly two years. I assume since this section is in the sun ALL the time (rest is in hose storage can) that's why it got brittle and failed there. Not terrible but expected more than two years of a seldom used hose.

This is a great little hose for watering plants or cleaning the car. It's affordable and yes, it does grow!
