This is really a nice looking lamp; seems photo isn't exact but I'm guessing these will differ somewhat. Colors in photo are similar, but was hoping for outstanding hues instead of really nice. The base is different than pictured in the ad so I'd suggest to Amora-Lighting to update that, hence the reason for my 4-stars instead of 5-stars. The photo base is carved differently and the patina is different, but still interesting. Assembly quite easy, 4 parts plus the two 60W bulbs. There is an inherent rule that should be followed to avoid fires, although I've never experienced one with any lamp. But using the 60W supports safety guidelines - avoid higher wattage bulbs if you can. I'm currently using nice soft white bulbs (A19/E26), but will try the incandescent as well (as suggested in ad) to see which one I like best. But the box it arrived in is huge, and it actually came in two boxes, a large box and then the light box inside and it does take work to break them down for recycling. Also, there is some white styrofoam that protects the entire light product in the smaller box, where little bits of it get all over during assembly. Have a vacuum ready or diligently pick up the pieces by hand. All-in-all, nice lamp. Would recommend.

I am disappointed in the misrepresentation in the description that it is stained glass. There was actually a sample piece of glass included with a note that read “This is a piece of your lamp’s glass. Amora sells lamps with shades that are 100% stained glass (Maybe they do! But not the one they sold to me!) I gave the shade a tap with my fingernail and it was a thud sound, not like glass or even the sound when I tapped their included sample. It is a pretty lamp but I strongly suspect it is some type of plastic.

The MOST beautiful lamp I could have ever imagined! True quality workmanship, I am in awe every time I look at it, which is ALL the time! If you love hummingbirds as much as I do, you MUST have this lamp! I see another stained glass lamp in my future! Just BUY it!!!!

My husband and I had always wanted a Tiffany lamp. We used to see them in movies and TV shows and thought they were so beautiful. This year we had some Amazon vouchers and treated ourselves. Does the lamp have small imperfections? Yes, e.g. some bubbles in the glass, and a tiny dribble of the "lead" where it shouldn't be. Does that detract from its beauty? No. The hummingbird and rose design warms our hearts. We have it on our hall table, and love to turn it on each evening. It brings us joy every day.

Bought it for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary (ruby) and to celebrate my mother's recent passion with bird feeders (and hummingbirds!). They loved it. It matched their new dark leather couches beautifully, throws a nice light and looks lovely on the corner table. Honestly, I didn't even unpack it before I brought it to them, but they opened it and found zero defects and said it was well packaged, so it was a great purchase for us, and it arrived very quickly, since I totally forgot to buy them something until two days before we left. TL;DR - nice lamp, well packed, made of real glass, and they liked it.

This hummingbird motif style really adds warmth and color to my living space! I'm very happy with the quality and functionality. The soft lighting adds to the cozy, comforting atmosphere, and having two bulbs, I like to have one as a regular 60 watt one, and the other a 7 watt bulb for an even softer light. The base is made of heavy metal, and this ensures that the lamp will not tip over easily, which protects the shade from incurring any damage. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.

I bought two of these as gifts. One for my daughter Nd one for my Mother n law. I touched up the light base. I dry painted gold over the raised areas on one. Gave the light base a better definition and it is really pretty. I know they will love their lamps. I am in love with them myself. You know you have a good gift when you want to keep them yourself.

I was super excited about getting this lamp. For some reason, I reread the reviews after I ordered it and discovered a review that stated the lamp was 16 inches tall. I thought I read that the lamp was 24 inches so this concerned me. Well, I received the lamp and it’s PERFECT, and it is 23 inches tall. It’s beautiful, NO scratches and packaged very well!
