I've purchased quite a few coccyx and gel pillows. This gel pillow was a disappointment. It didn't help. Out of all the different kinds I purchased this was the worst one. I even got a pressure sore for the first time. It may work for some but this pillow doesn't work for me.

I bought this for my husband for the car for our long trips. It is to small for the drivers seat. I was very disappointed.
