The old brush had stopped fitting into it's fitting well and it was making a very loud noise. I bought a new brush and it works great! The problem was dust getting into the brush mechanism - freezing it up. I guess the 6-12 month life span for the brush in the manual is due to that problem.

I have 2 dogs one is white on dark hard wood . This gets what the human eye can see. I use daily and have replace about every 3 months . This is first robot vacuum I've owned so not sure if that's normal or not .

I was surprised by the price and very happy that it came as a bundle. Replacement parts all fit as they should, I have no complaints.

I am very pleased with the Robot. It is easy to operate, does a very good job cleaning both my low pile carpet and my vinyl plank. Super easy to empty and clean, and very quiet. It does get stuck on occasion, therefore I would not recommend operating when no one is home.

This product is great. It took a couple of times to learn it's route, but got better each time I ran it. It has a long battery life and picks things up very well. At first it had a hard time with one of my high pile rugs, but after a couple times, figured out how to get on it and clean it. I love this machine!

I've had this vacuum for about six months. I have to say it has surpassed my expectations. It vacuums for about an hour or a little longer, returns to it's base and recharges. It is extremely quiet, I only know it is running when it gets stuck and beeps to let you know. When we first got the Amarey we noticed immediately the the carpets had been fluffed up. I just got some side brushes and a replacement kit to install to keep it running well.

Fit perfectly in my Amarey robot vacuum. Quality roller brush and was easy to replace in seconds.

hair does tend to get stuck on all parts of the vacuum but these products work great. easy to clean and to replace.
