I was compelled to write a review to dispel some of the negative reviews and pictures I saw! This pan is great. If you follow the instructions, it is super non-stick and easy to clean. I have destroyed many a pan and never believed anything was non-stick. I recently realized (from reading online) that you should not use non-stick sprays and never use high heat. I don't even use butter or oil in this pan (and I keep it at low heat) and nothing has stuck. I have had this pan for months now and use it almost daily. I am back on Amazon to buy another piece (deeper with a lid). If I need to use high heat, I use one of my anodized pans but not a non-stick one.

I was apprehensive about spending this amount of the pan. I’m buying a non stick once a year because they wear out regardless of what it says about lasting a “lifetime”. I try to get non toxic and all that while still working well.I do not regret buying it. It s a heavy, quality made pan, bolted tightly and securely at the handle. I’ve had so many pans losses at the handle. I don’t think this one can come off or loosen at all. The non stick is great, as all are in the beginning. I can cook actual shredded cheese in here to make a crisp and it turns out perfect. A lot of the oil comes out and is left in the pan, so low fat? 😝Anyway, great purchase. It seems like it will last a lot longer than others I’ve purchased previously.

Below is my initial review of this pan. It was great at first but slowly it seemed to lose its non-stick qualities. After 2+ years I no longer use it and purchased another pan......... Original review: Stop looking at the reviews and just buy this pan. Amazing performance, conducts heat very well and nothing sticks. A little butter on the pan to start works best, oil also works fine. (Spray oils are not recommended on this pan). When cooking eggs I can literally take a paper towel to the pan and it would come clean instantly, of course I do rinse it but it is just so easy to clean. I have never seen a non-stick worth this good. I have been using for months now and there has been no change to the color at all, still looks great.

Great pan, my only complaint is that I did not buy a complete set and replace my other pans. It is difficult to just buy a few sauce pans. I have been using it for over a month and it still is great.

This pan is a joy to use. I use a lid from a Teflon coated pan I used to use. Not a perfect fit, but it will do. The pan heats quickly and evenly, and nothing has stuck to it yet. I do recommend this line of cookware even though I’ve had it only a few weeks.

Jury's out, but so far . . . so good. Haven't had it long enough to know how well the coating will hold up. Let me get back to you on that.

It was a decent nonstick pan for the first few months and then slowly lost its nonstick coating over time. At 11 months of nearly daily wear, I’m throwing it in the trash and bought a Crueset nonstick pan in its place. I have a feeling I should’ve invested in Crueset in the first place.

Nothing sticks to it. Eggs slide easily on the finish when they are ready to flip. Might order another smaller one just for eggs in fact. We love it and especially like that we can use our stainless steel utensils.

Qualità costruttiva e peso sicuramente di buona/ottima fattura, ma la resa dell'antiaderente è stata pessima: acquistata a Marzo, sempre lavata a mano con spugna non abrasiva, insomma trattata 'con i guanti'... dopo pochi mesi il cibo ha iniziato ad attaccarsi in alcuni punti (sempre gli stessi). Ad oggi, dopo 6 mesi, completamente attaccata al fondo! Sarà pure green, senza PFAS o quello che ve pare, ma se questi sono i risultati non vale per nulla il costo!

Commander poêle taille de 30 cm (12 pouces) . Reçu taille 11 pouces soit 28 cm mais le code barre correspond à une 30 cm. Gros problème d'étiquetage.

Unfortunately things started stick after about ten cook ups. Followed the instructions to the letter. Did not exceed recommended temperature, wash when cold.Unfortunately every time I cook there is food stuff sticking to the pan. It’s washes of but I wanted a non stick pan I could wipe out. Any way you got to try these things. Other people may have a better result.

Die Pfanne war in den ersten Monaten ganz toll. Nichts brannte an. Das Brutzeln hat wieder Spaß gemacht. Leider dauerte das kein halbes Jahr. Nun brennt alles in der Mitte an.Kann ich leider wieder entsorgen.

Nach nicht einmal zwei Monaten klebt alles an. Die Pfanne hat keine Kratzer!!! Unbrauchbar
