Being on keto, I've struggled to really dial in the right supplements and vitamins to not feel so lethargic. This product did what it said and very much gave me an immediate jolt, so I could move around at my normal speed and have a great workout.One word of caution, though: there are no instructions on the bottle you receive, so you're left to turn back to the product page on Amazon for that. And on here, the vendor says to take 3 times a day with a meal.Well, let me just say that I'm extremely glad that I erred on the side of caution and only took ONE on my first day (without a meal and right when I woke up so I can ensure it's out of my system when I wanna fall asleep). Had I taken twice -- or thrice -- more, I would've been very much overcaffeinated and not feeling good at all.So my recommendation if your body is not accustomed to high doses of caffeine is to take it slowly, and if you need more, take more, but start with one. Other than that, I'll more than likely be buying again.

Still deciding...I do love all it includes. I will say this; my first time taking these I was sleep deprived, and slept 3 hrs the night before. I took a Starbucks twice the caffeine K-Cup (stronger than their usual Starbucks.) I took these and a banana. The energy lasted me full force from 10am to 6pm. After that I felt the effects of not sleeping and that hit me hard. This experience alone sold me on the steady energy support because the Starbucks K cups alone don’t do this. at minimum GREAT ENERGY SUPPORT

I love all the great ingredients which is probably why the tablets are so large. One serving is 3 tablets and I have to cut each one in half but it's still hard to swallow. Four or five smaller tablets/serving would be easier to swallow than three of these huge tablets. I really like what's in these supplements, just please make the tablets smaller!

The smell is horrid and the taste is even worse. I take a huge gulp of water and swallow the pill before it can touch anything in my mouth.🤢 There is no energy burst like I've seen some claim. I do feel like maybe they help to curb my appetite just a little bit but I haven't been taking them long enough to really be able to say for certain.

It’s important for me to obtain all the vitamins and minerals while on keto diet. It’s so hard to obtain all the essential nutrients while on a low carbs diet. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a while now and these are a perfect addition to my diet. After taking these for a few days I feel more energized and less brain fog than usual. In addition, it feels great to know I’m getting enough enzymes, probiotics and a plethora of other vitamins. I greatly recommend this to anyone looking to supplement any diet.
