Don't waste your money!
Item came with missing parts... No good for Christmas morning and a 3 year old boy! Not a happy camper!

Perfect smaller size play table
This is a great size for my 11 month old and will continue to work great for another year or two. It works perfect for playing with her shape blocks and just about all her other toys. This also works great for a stable peice of furniture for infants/toddlers to use as a stabilizer for standing and learning to walk). I'm not really interested in the train parts (neither is my daughter at this stage) but they're cool enough (basic, simple). There's a few peiced that I pulled out because they were a tad too small (a tree and a bush). There's also a storage area under the top boards which I used to put a rice layer in (kind of like a sandbox) for learning textures. The boards are a little weak or thin but for this size table it's fine. That was my only reason for giving a 4 out of 5.

Awesome price, that I have not seen anywhere else
I bought this same item at a local discount store for $39.99. Awesome price, that I have not seen anywhere else. Kids love the train pieces and they seem to work with other name brand train pieces. I have not been able to put the table together, as there is no hardware included. I have not been able to contact anyone regarding this issue. My husband found pieces at a hardware store he thinks will work, but they are pretty expensive. For $40, well worth it, but if I paid the $100 or so they are asking, not worth it at all.

We ordered this as a Christmas present, and after opening the box to assemble it for my excited son, discovered that there was no hardware included. Less of a problem was the fact that of the instead of coming with lion, hippo & giraffe, our set came with lion x2, giraffe; my son's favorite animal is a lion. I called the customer service number listed in the instructions for "MerchSource," and was told that the product was discontinued and I was S.O.L. I had to head down to the hardware store and scrounge for the parts to assemble this.
